When I got into the apartment, it was a decent size, although the décor was a bit dated. But overall, the facilities were very good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen met my needs too.

Well, I struggled to find which apartment was mine, and needed to call the owner. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, so I couldn't rate their performance accurately enough. I met them briefly when I was checking out.

Very clean room with space to hang your clothes and your own sink. The single room was spacious enough. Tv worked well and there was a fan (that I didn't need). No noise from outdoors. There were fridge, iron and hair dryers in the hall. Kitchen modern and self service breakfast is great especially when you need to depart early. Check in and check out easy even without staff. Very easy location between the train station and the center, a shop next door!

Breakfast is very good and fresh with all necessary and stuff in the kitchen. Location is very centric close to the cementary and the monument to the war heroes who defense Finland against russians, can to meet the old walls who is actually a park and the museums of the history and art. The harbour of the lake are very nice and there are restaurants and bars around. Lappeenranta was a nice discover for me. There are parking for visitants with car and the check-in can do after hour (it was my case because arrived very late night) and the hostel team could let me the key and directions in the booking.com chat so is very good communication and great you can receive directions. it couldnt use the sauna room but surelly is very good also. Ahh and you have a little supermarket just in front of the hotel. Ideal deal. :D

Close to the city center, basic but sufficient breakfast, clean, ventilator and fridge in the room

No people at the reception most of the time, it was super hot in the room and the windows couln´t be fully open.

- Perfect location (below the motel there is a bistro, closest groceries is over the street, 5 min walk to the IsoKristiina shopping centre, 10 min walk to the harbor, 35 min walk to the airport). - Self-service continental breakfast (cold meat, cheese, boiled eggs, vegetables, bread, cereals, coffee etc.) - We stayed in a small, but comfortable bedroom that included a little toilet room. - The common shower room was on the same floor, close to our room. - Thick blinders on the window. - Sauna in the basement (1 hour per room for each night).

The room was comfortable, had a waterbasin and a TV. I would stay again. Between the train station and the city centre so you can easily reach both.

I never met anyone from the personnel. I checked in and out on my own.

I liked that there was the private toilet in every room. Also the location was super good: only 10 minutes walk from railway station and perhaps the same amount of time to the city center, perfect. This was my first night at a motel instead of hotel and I really enjoyed and my expextations were exceeded. I could recommend really warmly.

No negative thought of this place.

Clean, cared for. A bit ancient in some parts of the apartment but nothing that hurts. Well worth considering compared to a hotel. No breakfast but good kitchen and shops nearby. Balcony a nice bonus to sit out on.

Nothing to complain about. Apartment could do with a bit of modernisation but that’s hardly something to worry about.

Breakfast was relatively simple but had everything needed and was quite healthy. Room was clean and functional, quiet at night, bed was good, and the shared bathroom and shower were small but clean.

The location and the room were nice! We had a chance to leave our bags for the day after check out which was super nice!

More details about the breakfast beforehand would be insightful.
