this hotel has the most friendly receptionist ever, nothing was a problem, she provided all information required from where to eat, to where to shop and much more information. She also provided sheets and duvet for the Sofabed for our daugther to sleep on. Bathrooms are well equipped with nice shower. View of the lake and veranda was great. The breakfast was exceptional, with a good range of hot and cold food, including delicious Karelian pies, a local speciality.

Super clean, very large and comfortable rooms, the view was nice, breakfast was very tasty and staff was very kind.

The parking facilities were perhaps a bit unclear, we didn't know or find out if we could park on the street outside. Turned out well though, the hotel had some free parking space left.

The staff was really helpful and friendly, the recommandations made our stay memorable. The breakfast is amazing. The room is wide, very clean and quiet. The sauna and the overall facilities are great. Would come again any time.

Great location near the harbor and center, large nice rooms, good breakfast.

The bathroom can be improved. The shower has a shower curtain and you need to sweep the bathroom floor after showering.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The large balcony was nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great, right by the lake. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of fresh and high quality options.

It would have been nice to have a kettle + tea and coffee in the room, otherwise it was quite perfect for us.

The SPA was closed but they had a Sauna. Breakfast was excellent. We had a nice quite room. There was parking available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location.

The room was very nice and we had a balcony with a view on the sunset. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of different tasty options. The waffle iron was a nice option.

Wonderfully located by the Saimaa lake. Cozy building with a charm. Kind personnel. Proper breakfast that allowed me to endure the whole day. Nice to have the sauna warm during the evening to chill. I would repeat.

Breakfast was fantastic especially making your own waffles if you can spare a few minutes wait!

The spa was opened yet, but we can always plan another visit when it is!
