Adorable location, nice breakfast and wide parking spot. Best value for money in the area. Remember that you have to climb 766 steps in case you would like to go to the Levi village by foot😊 (otherwise take taxi)

The location of the hotel is very good and the view is very beautiful. I don't understand why it's so cheap :)

Ski-in ski-out, great ski equipment storage, breakfast included in room rate. Our room was a superior one and it was very big, with a great view and balcony. They gave me a beautiful card and some treats for my birthday :-) It was amazing to sit in the sauna and look up at the ski field!

The breakfast buffet was plentiful in terms of quantity, but of mediocre quality. Would have preferred less choice, but better quality food. We had 2 nights booked directly through the hotel's website and 4 nights through Booking.com. The hotel is up the mountain and you need to take the gondola to get there. They said the gondola was free for the days we booked directly through them, but you had to pay for it for the days booked through Booking.com. You can't adjust the temperature in your own room and had to call reception to tell them it was too cold. They gave us an extra heater.

We asked for the windows to be cleared off the frozen ice but never managed to come and do so despite promising that the maintenance staff would come.

The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had the drying rack in our room and we used it to dry wet clothes. The location was great for ski in and out but you had to take the gondola to get to town (or drive around which was about 8 min). If you didn't have a ski pass, you had to buy a pass daily to use the gondola down. I was the only non-skier of the group so I had to buy a pass each day to go to dinner.

We ate at the restaurant one night and the service was very slow. We went down to gondola the rest of the nights instead. The sauna has limited hours (6-10PM). I would loved to have had access earlier in the afternoon.

Comfortable room and beds- lots of space. Bathroom had lots of space and hairdryer is nice and powerful. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of gluten free/dietary options. Sauna was clean and had great views of the slopes. Parking was plentiful and easy. Gondola up and down to town was free in the evening- we had ski passes so were not bothered by the fact you would have to buy during the day if you book via booking.com. Ski storage was great and we had direct access to the slopes!

When using shower water does leak under the shower screen unless you put yourself right in the corner- slight desigm flaw with the screens. It does feel wrong that booking.com guests are treated second rate when it comes to amenities etc- if you want to encourage people to book direct then simply remove the option of booking.com. We had paid more for a superior room- this means you get downgraded on the view. If you want views of the slopes dont book the superior just standard rooms only. Superior gets you views of the parking which is very disappointing.

We stayed in the Sky Suite and were fortunate enough to see amazing northern lights! Very spacious and great to have sauna in the room! Breakfast was fantastic- huge buffet and selection! Secret Cafe in the woods was very cool- dining area elegant and wonderful!

Hallways need reno, 7th floor lounge was closed for event, and our agent at checkin wasn't as helpful on suggestions of where to go or how to make the miost of our stay. Room didn't have phone and we had wished instructions for sauna. Also gondola lift was a charge for us but free for almost everyone else.

The hotel is modern and clean in all aspects of its overall appearance. From the airport, there is a direct bus service to and from the hotel. The breakfast was full and healthy, the restaurant has a great view of the valley. The hotel offers a separate area for storing skis and snowboards, and other equipment, downstairs on the ground level directly to the ski lift. Internet connection was excellent.

Getting to the village requires using the lift, or walking up the stairs but the lift does not open until 9:30. Prices are quite high, although this is a Finnish peculiarity in general. The hotel lifts are too small and slow at peak times.

The hotel is located in a beautiful position that allows you to see Levi's city centre. The breakfast is excellent. You can choose among different products. For dinner, I tried a la carte menù in the hotel restaurant. I like the quality of the food offered. The room is well-equipped and with a view of the mountains.

To access the hotel, you can drive there or, if arriving in Levy by train, you'll need to take the cable car. Please note that the cable car ticket is not included in the room price. Therefore, to reach the city centre without a car, there is a daily charge of 8 euros per person. I suggest including the cable car price in the room costs!
