The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet and clean. The breakfast and the dinner are huge, with nice selection and some vegetarian options, and the food is really delicious. The staff were very friendly. We saw northern lights on two nights, the location is very beautiful.

The WiFi and the cell reception are not great but that's not the hotel's fault, it's the remote (and beautiful) location. The room amenities could have been better for the price, such as adding more toiletries than soap and a water cooker for tea/coffee. The foreign staff in Sámi dress resembling costumes does not seem quite appropriate, although one of the owners is Indigenous I heard. Gluten-free options during breakfast for my allergic friend were limited.

Beautiful location and nature, many varieties of activities (snowmobiling, snowshoeing, aurora hunting, etc.) with extremely nice guides (I cannot stress this enough, they were very nice :)), very clean rooms and tasteful common area to spend time comfortably. Staff was also kind and helpful. The two lakes in and outside the resort are perfect to see the Northern Lights with a very high chance of catching them. Highly recommended to all who want to experience Lapland in all its ways!

We reserved two of the same room (Wilderness Room), however, the two rooms were not the same. One had a clearly older style of bathroom than the other (tiles, vanity, etc.) and a full size window in the room. We've heard that they have been renovating and perhaps, this room was still not renovated. This normally would not have been an issue but paying the same price and getting a worse room just feels like you've been cheated on. It would be better if the prices are set accordingly.

We stayed in the Aurora bubble and it was the best thing we could do to see the Northern Lights. Highly recommend, we spent hours each night watching the lights from our bedroom. Facility has everything, awesome husky sleigh experience, reindeer experience etc. Communal area has several couches and spaces to relax and read or play boardgames. Dinner and breakfast was exceptional. Staff very friendly!

No kettle in the room, that would be a nice addition. 😄 As well as a hairdryer in the sauna area.

Staying at this hotel is one of the best decisions we could ever make about our Finland trip. The location, the room, the facilities, all the activities, everything made staying here an absolutely fantastic experience that we genuinely can recommend to everyone. Plus, all the staff and services are exceptional. We were never tired of the food despite eating all meals there for 3 days straight!

An unbelievably amazing experience. The staff was fabulous everybody was so kind that it was an exceptional delight to get a service of this sort. The food was also favtastic and very affordable. The excursions organized by the hote were amazing, all organized in a highly professional manner. The sleight of Husky's was no doubt a buck list item as well as the vision of an amazing norther light. All in all a place to see and a place to return

We stayed in bubble. It was amazing. Dinner and breakfast was also fabulous. We enjoyed very much from our stay. I would definitely book this place if I ever visit Lapland again. There were a lot of activities in the hotel as well.

Iglos are nice, dinner and breakfast were pretty good. Lovely stuff.

In our iglo there were spider webs, bed was not long enough (I am 190cm), toilet glass is visible from outside, not ideal for such money.

amazing property and it is big. the best part was doing real husky sleighing on frozen lake inari. what a life time experince!

I was confused between a log cabin and a log suite. So I didn't get fireplace in the log suite. Log suite was warm due to underfloor heating but missed fire palce. Loft was amazing for my son to spend his own time. Food menu is limited but what ever is there was delicious. we tried Lunch buffet ofr Euro 17.

The location was out of this world, nested in the woods, between two lakes with nature everywhere. The wooden buildings were beautiful and felt authentic, while being extremely comfortable. The staff was outstanding, attentive while not overbearing, the found the perfect balance between friendly and professional, while dealing with the social distancing rules without fault. They are a great part of the experience. From check-in to check-out, not a single faux pas! The room itself was clean, bright, peaceful and quiet. The design is full of taste and simple, very scandi ;) The bedding was super comfy, we haven't slept so well in a hotel for years. The bathroom was spotless, large and functional. The sauna next door, was ideal, easy to use, quick to warm and very relaxing. Overall, the accommodation invited to calm and relaxation. The food options at diner were nice and reasonably prices considering the setting. The food was simple but very tasteful. The staff helped to pair the food with drinks in very competent way. The breakfast was really nice and varied, including Lappish specialities. Highly recommended, even outside of northern lights season.
