Location is perfect, apartment was nice, next to the river, breakfast was good (eventhough no warm food other than porridge like omelette/scrambled eggs etc.), good bread, croissants.. all fresh. Service was really friendly and we got fast answers when we had questions.

The apartment doesn't have separate rooms, all the beds are in the same room. Works with a family, but wouldn't want that with for an example with grandparents or friends. Maybe some dog had been in the apartment as our socks and clothes were full of hair. We were playing on the floor with our child. So maybe the rug had the animal hair. In the breakfast we got a lot of cheese, turkey and salami(which is really nice) to our table. Maybe put little bit less in the table and people can ask for more (we didn't eat so much and were worried about food waste).

Well first of all, this place hits the sweet spot for sure, in almost every aspect you could imagine. Location is in the middle of the Old Town of Porvoo, right by the river. Hostess is welcomin' she told us all the basic information we needed to know. She upgraded our room , due lack of overnight visitors (March isn't the most popular or convenient month to travel), so that was nice from her. There is a shared shower and refrigerator, where you can find your breakfast sandwitches, orange & apple juice, and also coffee/tea. The place is quite romantic, you can see the river from the rooms, and the buildings are from the 1700s century and interior is recently renovated, so prefect mix of new and old. Nothin' is far from here. I definitely recommend this place. 9.5/10.

Sauna isn't workin' at the moment, but hopefully they can fix it. Other than that. Everything worked beautifully.

The location was perfect in the heart of the old town Porvoo and by the River Porvoo with all services, such as restaurants, shops and boutiques just close by. The flat itself was very good for a family of 4, with a kitchen of your own.

The upstairs room was really hot (it was a very hot day, too) but it would be good to have some sort of an air conditioning system for hot days. Other than that there wasn't anything else that bothered.

Location was excellent. Room was very nice and fully equipped. Sauna was a nice plus. Loved Porvoo!

Very hard to find it. Address thru booking.com was a building no longer in use. Asked a neighbor who tried hard to find the building with the owner but gave up. Eventually noticed a plaque on a building on a different street, and found it. Phone # listed didn't work for us, but may have been the sim card we were using?

Great location and architecture, great service!

There was a dog (probably big) in the room downstairs which really scared my children. They didn't see it but it barked when we came in and they were terrified it would come to them. Luckily it was otherwise quiet but soundproofing between the spaces is pretty much non existent.

The location of the accommodation was amazing. Besides we also enjoyed the breakfast with a view on the river. It was a really short stay but is was worth it.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that the curtains didn't really keep out the light.

Like a home from home. We come here quite often. The breakfast things in the fridge were a really pleasant surprise. Familiar friendly faces and a real tonic to get away from the big city for a night.

Pity the sauna near the shore has been decommissioned but nothing lasts forever.

Very hard to find. Listed address was vacant. Had to ask various neighbors where to find the owner. Tripped on the location after finding a plaque on another building on another street. Pretty frustrating. Calling the phone # listed didn't work for us.

Excellent Breakfast and amazing position: literally in the middle of Porvoo’s old town. Staff extremely helpful: we had to use the sauna, but could not figure out how to make it work (we found them later “under our noses”); the staff answered our call even late in the evening and provided wonderful help.

The staffs are very nice. They are very hospitable

It's better to have curtains in the bed room to keep it darker at the night. Some people can only get well sleep in dark.
