Central location for exploring the city, or taking the bus/tram to other areas. It's not too far from the railway station either. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and had a note that they had cleaned under the bed, too. The view from our room to the bay was nice. Surprisingly busy for Christmas Eve and surrounding days, but quite quiet still.

The beds were quite firm. Both I and my wife had a hard time sleeping as the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but this seems to be the modern hotel experience all over.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lot of options to choose from and the room was quiet, clean and with a great view to the city. Bed was so comfortable, not like in the other hotels! We enjoyed eating in Hotel restaurants and also checkout the night club. The spa was nice. Very pleased with our stay!

There could be two jacuzzi's, because the line kept on growing for everyone to get a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi.

Check in was a pleasure, breakfast was great if a little chaotic one morning where there were many items finished however these were replenished after a while and the quality and range was super

Car parking was really expensive, also breakfast very busy however I appreciate that this is a large hotel and I understand that the hotel tries to manage this as best with a time slot system between busy hours. Really I can’t fault that much.

The location and specially the parking space with electric cars spots. The rooms views were amazing and very comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit chaotic, too many people and not clear signs of where the food was. The food is in the darkest place of the lunch area. Refilling takes a lot of time so when something runs out, forget about it.

Everything is good ans perfect, they allowed us also to accept visitor the kids are very happy and amazed with the inside pool, the view is good also specially in the night 🥰 the staff are very nice and very helpful always. All in one we are very satisfied.

I like everything, one thing only i thought they have free sleepers & bathrob, but everythings is fine. maybe nexttime if you book u need to brings sleepers inside.

Good location to eateries and shopping malls. Walking distance to market hall. Nice modern room with thoughtful design of the room layout including switches. All appliances work, even the Chromecast on the TV.

Breakfast is boring for an Asian with a wide palate. But for a typical Western breakfast, the spread is good. The consolation are the croissants which I think are really good - flaky layers and soft inside. Would be nice if they serve salmon soup.

Most things are good! Staffs are sweet and helpful. Love the leather sofa chair!

Sauna and swimming pool can be open longer time. Car parking spots are smaller than normal, and we had to circle many rounds for like half an hour in order to get a spot - eventually we have found and squeezed into last one), but it’s a bit hassle trying to park there, considerate the parking fee is not cheap (29 euro/ day)

I absolutely loved the view, one could see a lot of parts of the city and also some nature! The room was also very pretty and comfy. I had a really good night sleep. The small dotted lights above the bed were an awesome detail. The bathroom had a small sewing kit and a vanity kit which I found very cute. I used the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and everything was great and clean. It was a really good way to relax after my flight. The breakfest had a lot of options and was tasty, my favorite was the oatmeal, very delicious! Finally, the staff were very nice and answered all my questions always with a big smile. I really enjoyed my stay, keep up the good work.

The location is great and so near to everything. Our visit to Tampere was so quick and it was raining most of the time, but it doesn’t bother us because the hotel is so convenient and has an easy access to Koskikeskus and restaurants. Our room had also a great view of Tammerkoski and the bridge. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Location, self-check out and check in was smooth and easy. Good breakfast with local flavors, vegan options also available yet not exceptional.

I booked this hotel due to pool and sauna, and even if I did try to look for the opening times, I didn’t find out they were restricted to evenings during week days. Might be just me, but I o LY found out in the room info tv :/
