The apartment was terrific for my family of 5, and we loved the sauna. The facilities, including the aqua park, were fantastic, and the breakfast was well worth the price.

The only drawback was the service. Everyone was nice enough, but they did not have the staff, and lacked any efficiencies, to manage the number of people without a lot of long waits that took away from the vacation. This included the front desk, restaurants, and areas by the aqua park. One additional issue is that, although the beds are comfy enough, there was only 1 very small pillow per person.

The place looks like in the pictures. It was spacious, fairly well equipped, and comfortable. Wifi worked very well and buses run more or less frequently.

The listing on Booking.com doesn't really make clear that you have to do some cleaning (sheets and trash) before leaving. Not a huge deal, but sometimes when deciding between a hotel or an Airbnb, that can be a factor in people's decisions. Listing also shows many pools, but doesn't specify that they're part of the "water park" so basically you don't have access unless you pay extra. TV did not have access to streaming services. Extra towels would have been appreciated since there's a Waterpark.

Spacious apartment suitable for family! Included everything needed.

Parking fee was a suprise. One would expect a spa hotel to have free parking. Arrangement to get into the spa from staying in the apartments was a bit strange i.e. walk through the spa and shower rooms with full clothing instead of direct access to locker rooms!

Very nice clean apartments.

It’s an expensive apartment to book for a week and we were disappointed that the swimming for kids and play area was not included in the cost! O’Leary’s sports bar was really good but the opening times were poor.

Spacious apartment with open balcony. Rooms were furnished and clean. Washroom was good. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary amenities. Staff behavior was good.

The apartment was furnished to a high standard,well equipped and very comfortable. God balcony size with dining table and barbecue. Facilities, pool and spa were very good.

Restaurants weren't always open, bar closed early.

Excellent place, very good location with connection to public transport. The apartment was exactly as we expected and according to the description, there was everything needed in the kitchen, a spacious apartment and the staff was great and gave answers to every question we had.

Location. The villas we rented were quite comfy and easy to access. Close to city so driving/walking everywhere was quite easy. Spa services and swimming pools were great!

During summer season, it would be nice to get additional fans for each of the rooms or any cooling system, otherwise it gets uncomfortable while sleeping or even during the day time in the rooms

Everything we needed was there. The bed is comfortable, kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tools and the bathroom is far from claustrophobic :D Separate toilet is also a plus IMHO. Bus stop is nearby, so you can easily get to the center of Turku.

The location was perfect to get to the buildings at the University, the sauna was amazing as was the balcony.

Unfortunately we could hear everything from the apartment above which made it difficult to get to sleep in the first night.
