it's really great: rooms are large, it's quiet, there's a TV and a refrigerator if you need it

They have a gym but it's a disappointment - the controls are in Finnish only and I couldn't figure out how to change it to any of the 5 other languages I can understand. I prepaid months in advance but they refused to send me an invoice until my stay was complete, which caused me some problems. My request to provide a little breakfast in a bag because I had a plane to catch at 5:00 confused them, like they didn't know how to put a little breakfast in a bag. After going into the back and having a big conversation, yes they did figure out how to put a little breakfast in a bag... but this should have been easier

Very convenient location, easy to find, very kind personnel, spacious room, nice view, great soundproofing (hotel is above train station, never heard a sound of it), amazing comfortable bed. Would recommend and for sure will be staying here next time I am in Turku.

Feels like not everything is maintained as it should. in some places wood is chipped from door frame, couple of stains on couch and pillows, water running from shower hose before running from shower head. But overall all negative sides are just small issues that are not spoiling the experience of staying at this hotel.

The breakfast is standard for such a hotel, but it could be said that it is a little above average. The location was excellent, considering the purpose of the trip. It is a twenty-minute easy walk to the city centre, which is quite acceptable. The hotel is above the train station, making it excellent for those travelling by train.

I was a little surprised by the welcome message that the room would be cleaned only every third day. In the end, it wasn't a problem, but considering the price...

Location is great for work trips to the nearby science and business centres. The train station is under the hotel so reaching Helsinki from there is easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and immediately attended to my needs and questions like adjusting the room temperature. Great breakfast.

In the lobby and cafe area, the staff didn’t clear the used dishes from the tables very quickly, maybe because there was not enough personnel. Another slight discomfort was that the temperature in the common areas felt a little cool, but it was probably because I come from a warmer country and was not used to it yet.

Location is super in case you travel by train, and have a meeting near the hotel. I had an event in the Joki Visitor and Innovation Centre, and did not even need to go outdoors from the hotel to the conference site. Staff was very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs is pleasant for a dinner and conversation. They also have a cafe by the reception. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

I stayed in the 6th floor - some noise from the highway but it did not disturb me, I slept well. The wall paintings are not my taste - but ok.

I liked the hotel and room very much! I have stayed several times in maybe 5-6 different hotels in Turku, and this one is the best one for me so far.

Breakfast was worse than any of the other comparable hotels in Turku, and because of it I might not stay here again, we will see. Warm dishes were cold, not a lot of options or healthy stuff, and everything was utterly bland and tasteless, maybe the cheapest products that can be found?

The rooms are great, providing anything you can possibly need. Even though the train station is next door you cannot hear anything. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. Coffee could have been better, e.g., have machines that provide also espresso coffee. The staff were very friendly and attended to anything I asked for. The roof bar is the best part of this hotel. The view, the drinks and the staff were great.

Coffee during breakfast can be improved. Add machines that also make espresso.

Food was really good, lot of different choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking. It was confusing. I would be much better to have dedicated parking space during my stay (either in the hotel or next-door parking garage). At arrival we were able to park in the hotel parking garage and we paid for that, but in the evening there were no free spaces so we had to park next door parking garage (that was ok) but then we needed to go to hotel and tell them that and then the money for hotel parking was refunded. So too much fuss, especially when you have kids with you.

Excellent location, next to Business Turku and universities at walking distance. Super / convenience stores in close proximity. A good Halal restaurant for Muslims at walking distance. A very courteous and supportive staff. Breakfast excellent. An excellent value for money.

It was very quiet in our room despite the fact that it was near the elevator. We slept very well, beds were very comfortable. Nice room decoration with a map of Turku in the wall with QR codes of places to visit - very creative. Good equipment in the room: it was possible to connect your own YouTube, Netflix subscription via Chrome cast to the screen, also we had an ipad in the room. Nice bonus - coffee and tasty tee in the room. Good breakfast. Beautiful and modern hotel!

It was a bit dusty in the room. My daughter is allergic to dust, so it wasn't so comfortable. I didn't like a low water pressure in the shower - it was hard to wash long hair. Location is special: long walk distance to the old town especially with kids, but just a few minutes away from the railway station.
