The hotel is super neat and clean. Room is small but that is not a problem, it has everything that I need for my stay. Hotel is located right in the city center, close to the Kcitymarket and train station, so you can quickly grab something to eat from the super market. There is no staff at all, but the entrance is very "user friendly".

The noise. Next room people opened and closed the door late at night and that woke me up several times.

- Nice hotel studio room with all that was expected to deliver. - The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. - There was no real staff, all was automated. I am impressed by how fast it worked out. - Centric! Literally good price to be in the center of the city

- Kitchenette would benefit from some utensils. - Bathroom open shower and no way of drying the floor, we flooded accidentally the bathroom.

The room and toilets were very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was enough space for the luggage and even a couch that could be turned into a bed.

The shades don't really make the room dark. Even if you close the shades and the curtains, there's a corner that the curtains didn't cover, so I got sunlight on my face and couldn't sleep very well because of that. This is a problem that only exists in summer, for winter it wouldn't matter at all.

The rooms are clean, and modern furniture

- No staff at the hotel. - phone communication is only in Finnish.(autoresponder) - the website is only in Finnish, it Brock even Google translate. It's hard to figure out what they are asking you to fill in if you do not know Finnish. - when you do not get the code it's hard to get help - communication with the hotel over the phone costs almost 2€ per minute they may take more than 5 minutes before pick you. Or even not pick you.😁

The location was excellent and free and fast wifi at the hotel. I have no struggle connecting my people at home. It was quiet and no disturbances from other occupants.

The single chair in my room was not that comfortable for long sitting.

Single rooms are small but smartly arranged, equipped with all that is needed for a short stay

After talking with my Finnish colleagues I got to know that the hotel is not much liked locally. I didn't mind small rooms and minimalistic design but there are people that don't like it and have higher expectations

I really like how organized it was. I also felt very welcome and the staff was really nice and the room I stayed at was very clean.

I don't really have anything that I didn't like. Overall it was an incredible experience.
