The breakfast was a sack meal. It contained a bottle of apple juice, an apple, a snack bar, and a packaged sweet roll.

Parking was tight.

The staff are extremely courteous and helpful that includes the reception staff and maintenance staff. I had little contact with the housekeeping.

The microwave oven hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. There was a half eaten chicken wing in the microwave but staff were very apologetic and I wouldn't hold one mistake against them; only if they had a "who cares" attitude but they didn't.

Great hotel, the smoking room didnt even smell like ash or anything when we got there, there was a private jacuuzi (IN OUR ROOM!) however the jets didnt work so that was kinda sad still loved the hot tub tho. Great staff super nice and I loved everything about this hotel, for sure will be coming back.

Just the area and the fact that the jets in the jacuzzi didnt work, other than that everything was 10/10

the staff were over helpful nothing was a problem. I did not see it was a smoking room and there were no non smothing room available. but value for money and the staff were the best nothing was a problem.

breakfast just juice , apple and cerel bar pick and go. they should not mention breakfast included. I drop my walet seems some staff find it and returned me walet without money. I was having 1800 USD in it. staff said they dont know someone already removed the money. then in late evening they called me and returned 600 USD and said someone came and returned this amount. little weired that first the wallet was returned without money but nothing happened to my credit card. then someone came and returned 600. I think some staff removed money and they saw in camera so returned 600. MIke the manager assured me he will look into this and try to do something. he also noted my email. hope I get my 1200 USD back

Friendly staff, clean and updated room.

When booked, it stated that it came with breakfast. It had yogurt and fruit and a couple of small items. That is not breakfast. I always pick a place that has a hot breakfast. Disappointed in that aspect.

It was very close to lots of places to shop and not far from the beach !

The room kinda smelled like cigarettes , Floor wasn’t mopped and they don’t have carpet so west shoes walking around the room & the people next door we could hear all the arguing and crying but it was nice overall . Wish the breakfast was actually food though .

The property was close to the Performing Arts Center where we had a show to go to. Within a few steps there was a McDonald’s on one side and CVS on the other and a nearby restaurant.

The bathtub and toilet were real low to the floor which made it hard for those with bad knees.

the property is in a good location, near airport and near manhattan beach. easy to reach. although it may look a bit old, it was very clean, bed very comfy, a lot of space, it was really a great experience after a long flight. the staff was amazing, we were offered water and hand gel upon arrival, our bed was given earlier because it was ready, and the day of leaving we were given a back with breakfast that was perfect!

Room needs a little TLC.. The toliet had a urine stain, tub was cracked and repaired with packaging tape and wallpaper was peeling.
