The facility was nice and quiet, breakfast was great, and staff was beyond nice and helpful. My favorite part is NO ROOM SERVICE your room is unbothered unless you request otherwise.

It was a non smoking facility, however we kept smelling cigarette smoke for two days and when I told the front desk she sent maintenance (thinking there was a burning smell, big misunderstanding) but the maintenance guy said it’s probably cause they are smoking down the hall. My two kids have really bad asthma. From that point on the stay wasn’t as pleasant. We had to keep leaving because my 1 year old could breathe to well. Didn’t use the pool nor hot tub because it was greenish

La Quinta has a consistent approach and they maintain their quality and even the hotel layout despite the location. We have previously stayed at this brand's hotels in difference locations and they have identical layout and identical room facilities. In my opinion if you are cost conscious, you can't find a better deal. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, even for a family of 4 like us. Most importantly, we have noticed, La Quinta has always been the quietest hotel which seems like they give emphasis on noise isolation in their room structure. Which is important for someone like us who is travelling for work. All in all, great stay as always. Staying at La Quinta is like coming back home.

Nothing hugely important, but would be great if the breakfast timing is extended and if they can add some fresh fruits like bananas or apples.

Everything!!! Especially the lady named Wanda at the front desk (she became my new bestie and sista during my stay!!) It's located basically in the heart of myrtle beach and is so close to everything also side note! If you like true southern cooking visit simply southern smokehouse and bubbas next door to the hotel is amazing!!! Highly recommend the going overboard dinner. The complimentary breakfast is perfect and everyone their is just amazing at the hotel and everyone around is so nice and sweet.

I loved it all wasn't anything that we didn't like!!

The location is great and the staff is great. Across from Broadway at the beach. I stayed during the week into the weekend. Wed. through Sun. I had my dog with me as did others, and for the most part, there were no problems. Lots of grass across from hotel for dogs to enjoy. Easy to walk dogs around. There is no weight limit on dogs. Barc park south is worth the drive for your dogs.

On the weekend, there were guests playing loud obnoxious music and smoking weed, so just a heads up, weekdays are better, in my opinion.

friendly staff, really nice rooms and big bathroom, plus love the breakfast so glad we didn't have to go very far to eat in the mornings. would love to stay again! so count me in. trying to figure out how to get rewards or get a free night...love shopping at Broadway which is very close.

one of the staff members could have been a little bit more friendlier but overall great staff. they should also look out for their locals and give local discounts.

Excellent location across the road from Broadway complex. Only 5 mins by car to beach boardwalk. Good shops just around the corner-Target, Sam's Club and other discount stores. Rooms clean but mattress a bit old and soft and dented. Reception staff lovely. Coffee available throughout the day in reception.

Fitness center lacked in equipment and what was there 2 out of 3 pieces of equipment were not usable. Swimming pool and area needs a bit of upgrading. Breakfast choices disappointing for an American hotel-no hot food like scrambled eggs or bacon. You could make waffles but no fresh fruit available to enjoy with them.

The property for the most part was very clean and comfortable

I only have to complaints about the property one is the door on the room we were in was in need of repair looks like it had been broke into before and the card reader on the door didn’t read the cards had to insert multiple times to get it to open. The other complaint I have is the inside of the elevator was dirty there was like toast crumbs all over the floor that never did get swept up but other than those two things was a great stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities and options, nice breakfast options, good value, good location. Pretty clean room.

A bit dated. It was mostly clean but the hallways, and some spots in the room were not the best. It seems to be older property with some upgrades. Bathroom door was extremely difficult to open/close, electrical issues in the room.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were SO COMFY!! The air conditioner was nice and cold. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a hot bath in the tub. There was a big desk so I could do some work I needed to get done and the television had a great selection of stations. The fridge and microwave came in handy with leftovers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out were quick and easy. We stayed in February for my birthday so the rates were reasonable. I definitely plan to go back before the rates increase.

I wish there were more electrical outlets by the beds. There were plenty across the room by the desk, but I like to charge my phone by the bed with me.

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms!

The light at the entrench to the parking lot from HWY 21 was not working. Not the biggest deal, but passed it twice after dark. The door to one room (321)was in need of repair - the hinges must have been broken as it hung crooked enough to get hung up on the carpet. The door would stand open on its own and quite a bit of light made its way into the room, pushing it open required some force. I’m sure if I’d have notified the desk they would have given me a different room but I was already unpacked and worked around it for 3 nights. I did report it when checking out & host said she would put in maintenance order. Neither issue made our stay negative in any way.
