Overall it is a great hotel. We spent a lovely time there. It is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful. Transfer to the Key West downtown is included. It takes 15 min to get there. It is very convenient. Kayaks rental is included, we enjoyed that. Background music selection is great!

The location is not perfect. It is not actually a Key West, it is Stock Island. You don't want to take walks in the evenings in the neighborhood. I booked a room with partial ocean view, but I don't realize that the other part is a factory ). The parking price. There is no beach (a common issue for Key West).

We arrived at about 1pm, knowing we were early for check in. Jason said, “let me see if there maybe a room available for you now”. After checking he said “ we do have one ready now, would you like it.” I said of course we would that’s great. He then said there would be a $45 charge for an early check in. I declined and he said he would text me around 3, when they would give the key. I think that is pretty petty when the room is ready yet made me sit around an hour and a half, by the time we completed the paperwork to get a key.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Beautiful marina and 6 seaside pools. Also, free kayak tours as well as free daily use of kayaks and paddle boards.

Great facilities, clean, multiple beautiful pools, extremely helpful shuttle bus drivers, room cleaned every day. Very good restaurant and bar, lots of food, coffee, and drink options. Staying here is a lot more relaxing and quiet than downtown Kety West but the resort itself is in a seedy place. However, there is a nice gate and you feel safe on location.

I requested an extra cot for the suite so we didn't have to share beds, but they didn't have one so we used an air mattress. The food at the restaurant is a little overpriced, but to be expected. Also there was an additional $87 fee to pay at check out which was not expected. Parking is also not free, but it should be.

Restaurant was nice but pricey. Did not realize, may have not noticed, there is a $50/day 'resort fee' to cover towels, pool, bikes, etc. Even if you don't use, you will pay. Shuttle bus to/from main area was great, but check with front desk EXACTLY where it drops off & pick up. Instructions gave a specific address (main entrance to restaurant), but the bus actually goes to the side entrance. We watched it drive away while we were standing where the instructions said to be. All things considered, we would definitely stay again, now that we know what to expect.

There are a million things to do and see in Key West. We will be back! Spent many nights on Duval Street. Ate at some fine establishments including Latitudes. Had some fun on jet skis with top notch tour guide Chris leading the way. Took a boat ride with music. The resort was very nice. The room was spacious with everything close by. The pool areas were beautiful. The restaurant had good food.

I wish I didn't have to pay to park my rental car at the resort!

Loved the pools and the staff. Started off with Kerlin(front desk), who was not only exceptionally nice and courteous, but displayed a level of professionalism I have not seen in years and she couldn’t been a day over 18. She’s a natural! So, definitely have a keeper to invest in there. Then, there was Sam(bell hop), who to say went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible would be a gross understatement. Another fine example of excellent customer service. These two made our stay feel as though we were staying with family. We wanted for nothing while in there care. Once settled in, we proceeded to the pool/bar area where we meet Kate and Monika. Two more employees who took excellent service to a level unseen since my days at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The two ladies were absolutely phenomenal. We never waited for our food, nor a drink the entire time we were there. Again, these 4 individuals are the reason our stay was absolutely phenomenal!

Your evening bartender, John, was not only a little rude, but was charging guests $20/beer to support his local friends. Avoided the bar at night to avoid being begged for drinks by his friends only to be overcharged. Oh, might want to check the light switches in 4101B too. They would sometimes only work intermittently.

The resort is on the opposite end of the island from pretty much everything (which is ok in the evenings). During the day you have to take a shuttle, Uber or rent a golf cart to get to the shopping and restaurants. Also, the food at the resort (although good) is super expensive.
