Great location for a church camp just down the road. I asked for a room for a parent who walks slowly, and they gave me a room right next to the side door so I could pull up there and drop them off. Breakfast was very good with variety. Bacon and cubed potatoes one day: sausage, biscuits, and gravy 2 other days. There also were your typical continental breakfast offerings, waffle makers, and fruity waffle toppings. Decaf and reg coffee are offered. Scrambled eggs were typical hotel eggs but some hot sauce fixed them up nicely. There was a pool (max depth 5 ft)and small exercise room but I didn’t have time to try either. The room itself was clean and comfy. 2 pillows on each bed were overstuffed and 1 was nice and sturdy and flatter. The over blanket had a stiffer feel than I was used to, but it also may have been heavier than usual too. I cover hotel blankets Ruth my own anyway for extra weight. Coffee pot isn’t a K-cup so you must brew four cups of your choice. It wasn’t a problem for us since we were thirsty. A nice place to sleep/nap/watch a little TV or chill. Some of the workers are still learning English, but were still accommodating and pulled up Google Translate on their phones so we could communicate. (: Price was over $100 per night but it was the nicest place in the area that had good reviews and didn’t seem a little shady. I was happy I picked this as my stay.

Parking lot was a little narrow but we managed! Some breakfast items like juice and plastic knives ran out quite often. The window shades are all connected so if you want privacy you must pull the blackout shades down too. A bummer for those who enjoy luxuriating in natural sunlight.

The staff was helpful in all areas. Made coffee early for me. The coffee machine was not working properly and they let me heat my coffee in the microwave. Made coffee when I came down early one of the mornings of our stay. They were very friendly and just pleasant to deal with.

The quality of the sausage patties and links were not very good. They weren't cooked done enough. They actually looked raw. But the scrambled eggs, were very good, as well as the biscuits and gravy. I didn't eat the waffles, but saw them on others plates and they looked good. Muffins, bread, bagels were all fresh and they kept them stocked for their guests. The fresh fruit could have been a little more appealing, the bananas were a little to ripe, but all in all, it was a good breakfast and they kept all the area very clean, They wiped down each table as someone would leave. They kept everything stocked, napkins, stirers, sugars etc.... You have a very good staff at this facility.

The place was very clean, our room was very nice. I liked the pre check in online so it made it very quick to check in at the desk and go right to our room. The pool was a lot of fun and I enjoyed the free cookies!

The booking website said the hotel had a hot tub along with pictures of a hot tub. And just cause I thought I was crazy, my friend that also booked with the hotel said he also saw that this place had a hot tub and we looked forward to that while the kids played in the pool. Also was not a fan of the hard pillows, I woke up with a stiff neck.

Very nice accommodations. Room was very clean and nice. Front desk had very nice ladies. Lady named Penny was exceptionally nice and helpful. Nice breakfast selection offered. Great location if you're staying to visit other areas in Lexington. We used it for going to downtown UK Hospital are for an appointment. Very convenient location for going about 2 miles down the road and access to New Circle Road (4) Extremely Convenient for anything downtown or on the Southside of Lexington.

The doors on the bathroom are exceptionally heavy in weight. And when left open they will swing back on the hinges (on their own) and cause damage to the back of the entrance door. Also, in Room 314 the sink is possibly fixing to back up as it gurgles when draining.

Beautiful rooms. Very clean. Bed was firm. Lovely hotel. The breakfast was stocked and taken care of by a nice women. Please tip her as she did an amazing job.

I didn't realized that dogs were allowed. (which is good) But maybe they should be in an area of the hotel that all pets were roomed nearby. There was crazy uncontrolled barking at 6:30am. The night before it sounded like 2 dogs running down the hallway barking nonstop. There were also kids yelling and running down the hallway but thats on the parents. I rather have that then the dogs barking. The kids were just excited and happy. The person checking us in wasn't friendliest and wore way too much cologne. When my family walked in after I checked us in they were like "wow something or someone smells like pine sol".😳

The hotel was very clean. very satisfied. Yes if I was going through the area again I would stay.

The girl that checked us in was not friendly. She didn't give us any details (such as when breakfast was. So we missed it). It was like she didn't have time for us. Most places we stay breakfast is at least until 10. I got down there at 9:05 and it was over. But other than that it was fine.

I like the fact that it was close to everything that we did, The pool was warm when we got in, the Breakfast on Friday had biscuit sausage and gravy then Saturday and Sunday they didn't I was a little disappointed. The rooms were big enough, also as many have said they don't treat you bad for having dogs with you a huge plus. There is adequate places to walk your dogs too.

Well because I work in food service I didn't like how they never had oJ it was always empty, and the tray was always filled with OJ. Plus they didn't have sausage biscuits and gravy every day.

Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was comfortable, no funny smells. The housekeepers did a great job of having our room clean before we checked in. The breakfast selection was small but filling. The waffles were really good. They have parking in the back for a pickup truck & trailer.

The stay overall was great. Only thing that stuck out was the room had cosmetic issues from poor construction or renovation. The paint was peeling and made it feel kind of dirty but in actuality the room was clean. In reference to breakfast, it was overall good, but it would be nice if they had additional meat options that didn't contain pork.

The room was very clean. The staff is really nice and helpfull. The cost is very affordable for what you recieve. I was having a bad week and I left several things in the room when I left and the staff made sure I got everything back. One item was valuable and they called me the next day to ask if it was mine. I really appreciated that.

The air conditioner un room 306 was really weak. The fan seemed like it was barely moving. We realized it when we arrived and set the temperature low and then went out for the evening. It was OK when we got back at 1am and about right by morning. That's the only reason I gave the hotel an 8 instead of a 10. I would stay there again even with the minor problem.

The property was well kept. The 2 days we were there, I witnessed the place being bleach cleaned and furniture around being dusted completely. It was great to see this, especially because it is pet friendly. Keeping it really clean is important! The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful!

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is that the fitted sheet kept coming off the edges. Probably needed to be replaced, but aside from that, sheets were clean and cozy.
