We checked in a bit late, but reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was very spacious and had a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and there were a variety of pillows. We all slept very well! There is machine in the lobby that makes a variety of coffees, complimentary, all day. Breakfast was located just off the lobby. It was clean, tasteful and roomy. There were substantial breakfast offerings like scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, cereal, waffles, fruit etc. Everything was served at the proper temperature and was tasty. The pool and hot tub area were clean and comfortable and provided towels. There is also a nice workout room, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. We really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The light in the entry way of our room was a bit dim and flickered. There were no USB outlets to charge our device (we forgot our standard charger plug). We had four people in our room but only towels for three. I didn’t report any of this to management as it wasn’t that that bothersome.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great and the hotel was very clean. It was nice to be able to take my service dog with me as well. The breakfast was amazing. We loved that it wasn't just a little continental breakfast, but an actual full breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles fruit and so much more. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for a great experience.

The only thing we didn't like is that the pool was freezing and the hot tub always had black stuff floating on top of the foam. I know a spa is supposed to have some bubbles but this was very foamy and didn't go away when the jets were off. The chlorine fumes were so strong that it burned our eyes. I wish they would clean the hot tub and pool better instead of just throwing more chlorine in it.

There were lots of kids in the pool that did not have parents with them. They were also pretty rowdy, it would have been nice to have a little more support by checking on the pool and the kids alone in there. The pool was clean and nice, just the kids didn't care about all the other kids in the pool and were heavily splashing.

Breakfast was so very tasty and plentiful. The room was such an awesome surprise for the size and organization. Bed was very comfortable and rooms very clean...staff was very helpful, kind and caring.

Someone pulled a fire alarm after midnight..not the motel's fault..only complaint we had and hopefully the police got him..we think they were stealing from the rooms as a stranger came into the room and told us to leave

Breakfast staff need to take food service lessons!!!!! Opened juice container for dispensing machine with mouth! Hand a guest reach into bag of bread for a slice. Emptied trash and then went to setting up food without washing hands!! Waffle machine not working properly and had to go to front desk for assistance, gentleman behind desk rude and acted like I was bothering him as he was playing on his cell phone, told me to tell guy sitting watching TV about it. His response was we needed more muscle, even though two men had a problem before and after us

I really like this hotel because it was clean and the staff were so kind and professional and accommodating. My bed was comfortable and the breakfast attendant, Jennie made an excellent and different breakfast everyday. Freshly made and it was piping hot. The heated swimming pool and hot tub were clean.

The only thing I didn't like was not having easier access from the back parking lot. Because the parking lot is so small and it filled up so fast on a Friday, I had to park in the back and then walk around to the front of the building. Let alone taking 3 flights of stairs up. There's one elevator and it's in the middle of the hotel.

The pool was nice and it was in a good location. Breakfast was great, lots of options.

The room wasn’t very clean, the coffee pot still had an old filter in it. They could definitely use some updates like paint. Things were dingy and chipped and scratched up. There are no usb plugs in the room either. We had to go buy one as we haven’t stayed in a hotel without them in years. This would definitely be an opportunity to upgrade some light fixtures with them.

Lena was very rude gave me a hard time gave my boyfriend a hard time and decided she was going to keep my deposit. Must have been that way I looked because nobody else ever had a problem with me there she was very rude

The kids got in pool and it must had too much chlorine in it, their eyes were burning and you could smell it, hot tub had bubbles as if it was a cleaner in there and was brown stuff on top the suds… maybe should’ve been warned if had just been cleaned or cleaner in it. More towels could’ve been available

Loved the King Suite. The Staff was great. Clean Hotel. Breakfast was good. The location was awesome.

We were in room 206. It was lit up all night. It's like a Stadium Light was outside our room with no darkening blinds, which made it a little hard to sleep. Every Hotel should have darkening curtains. So we were a little disappointed in that.
