The welcoming feeling you get when entering the facility. It was nice and had a friendly atmosphere with an abundance of welcoming drinks readily available.

Although my check-in process was very slow. It was due to technical issues that was beyond the control of the hotel facility. However, there was only one staff member at the front desk trying very hard to accommodate the guest's check-in process. At that time, an additional staff should have been put out to help with the checking process.

All was just Great, easy access to pool, love tht their were towels fr swimmers, didn't have to use our towels in room, perfect!

I wish Yall offered the Free morning Breakfast buffet, I seemed to have overlooked that upon booking, 😫, the free in the morning helps ALOT! The prices on menu were def an ouch!

Great location. Easy in, easy out on way to AZ for the winter. Loved the parking. We had a trailer. Pool, hot tub and Restaurant

The restaurant. Sweet place but the food, prices and $10 liquor fee. We paid $60 for some crap bar food and two glasses of wine.

clean, comfortable stay. nice staff. nice lobby area for congregating. large, open seating area for meals and gathering space for happy hour at the bar.

my only wish was that there was more lighting in the room close to the closet/wardobe area.

Like-new facility. In fact, some parts are still under construction, although the work was not noticeable during our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Many restaurants are nearby, including a large casino with excellent food and facilities.

No breakfast was served. Pre-wrapped muffins a snack bar, canned orange juice and whole fruit were provided. Only hotel, out of five, in our two week trip that did not serve a diverse hot breakfast.

Location, Location, Location! Just off the freeway with plenty of restaurants and gas stations to start off our day.

Everything was just fine. We had been on the road for two weeks. This was our final stop before heading home about six hours away.

My flight into LasVegas was delayed over 1.0 hr and I called the front desk ahead to let them know of the arrival delay. The beautiful front desk clerk took EXCELLENT care of me upon my arrival, after I had to take an UBER, because the rental car location had closed. I LOVED that she had me all ready to just take my key and go right up to my room. EXCELLENCE at its best.

I booked and paid with booking.com and it include a $12.95 breakfast, that I did not get!

Rooms are nice, way better than what you get on the strip. Gym is open 24 hours. Pool is cleaned daily. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine are very helpful. Right around the corner from grocery, liquor store and Barnes and Noble.

I could hear kids bouncing off the walls upstairs. Curtains are not great blackout curtains. lots of light coming in around the edges.

The hotel housekeeping staff was helpful, the hotel was clean and everything worked well. My only critique is one front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful, she refused to help us get a room close to our children and refused to let our friends get a late check out, even though moments ago another desk clerk allowed us to.

Dirty coffee cups left in room. I went for more at the reservation desk. They didn’t seem to be concerned and didn’t apologize. They gave me mor cups.
