Took an hour to get the room keys. I finished checking in at 3:45 and got the keys at 4:45. Got hold of someone for follow up after 45 minutes of waiting and was told reservations was cancelled. I gave my phone on the confirmation and they found it later. From the beginning i asked when the room will be available. I was told they don't know how long the wait is. Then offered for me to pay $20 per day for upgrade and get checked in immediately. Didn't make sense! They also didn't have soap. Had to go buy one. Housecleaner confirmed soap or body wash not available.

Fresh Hotel, still does not have the decadent look and smell of Vegas. Many restaurant options in the building. Great pool area. Not located in the busiest spot of the Strip, which may be good, or bad, since it's a 40 min walk to get to the core of Las Vegas Boulevard.

Thousand of "reserved" (= you have to pay +$40 extra for a chair) seats in the pool, or even "VIP" only areas, in spite of all the dollars you paid for the room already. No options for kids. Housekeeping knocked at my door at 9 a.m. (!) the day I was supposed to check out (at 11 a.m.....).

Location was great, far enough up the strip to be away from the noise, but close enough to have a stroll and see the sights

We weren't told that to use the elevators you needed to swipe the room key, we met a few other guest who were in the same situation. Smoking, I suffer from migraines and get very sensitive to strong smells/odors, all the cigar and cigarette smoke constantly made me feel nauseous.

Good location at the north end of the strip - lively but not too busy during new years week. Good food court downstairs and lots of bar options.

Every time they serviced the room, they would only give us 3 bath towels even though there was 4 of us. Had to keep asking for an extra towel everyday. Why can't they just give 4 as standard?

The Hotel was amazing. The front desk attendant Tim, not sure of his last name.. was THE BEST!!! He was so helpful and even remembered us a few days later walking out of the elevator. Staff was all amazing but had to give him a shoutout, he usually works on The Conrad side of the hotel. Having parents that both run hotels, growing up seeing staff my whole life give halfway effort, you can tell this guy just went above and beyond and is by far the best experience I’ve had with customer service in so long. thank you for making our Vegas experience so memorable!

Loved, loved, loved this location. Right before the commotion of the strip, so it’s really easy to get to from the freeway. The area is really maintained and clean. I originally booked a night at circus circus for me and my family. But the area felt unsafe so I decided to go for this location and it surpassed all of my expectations!

I wish I could have stayed another night. I don’t have a real dislike about this place other than maybe a continental/ complementary breakfast that they may or may not have provided. Other than that it had all the amenities you could imagine. Very family friendly and most importantly I felt safe staying here. So again no real complaints, I just wish I knew how amazing this place was before I booked so I could have booked for longer.

Nice hotel, visually an eye-catcher from outside and inside is also very charming. Recommendation for a stay. Friendly employees. Check Tripadvisor regarding the restaurants.

Room was clean, but not the bathroom, although serviced. I found seven hairs from seven different people. Hotel location is at the end of the strip. Walking distance to The Sphere is about 20 min. Gentlement Clubs direct on the other side of the street. Rideshare pickup is existing, but you need to walk inside and outside walk approx. 5 mins. Pool area seems to be for fun, kids and sunbathing, not for swimming.

Gorgeous nearly new hotel, spotlessly clean and very comfortable stay. My room was on the 18th floor, very quiet with easy access to elevators and everything else. Excellent room rate, too. I opted for the city view room. Note that if you chose the partial strip view you will get one of the rooms with the exterior advertising screen obscuring 3/4 of your actual window. If a strip view is important to you, spring for the full strip view. Loved everything, would definitely stay here again!

While I liked the added security of needing the key card in the elevator, it was a bit of a fumble to start with. You must hold your room card on the scanner until the green light comes on then hit your floor number. Also a better explanation of the Genting card would have been helpful. After you check in, go to the cashier in the casino to get your card. That will give you free parking in the garage as well as lots of benefits at the property. These were minor issues. The overall stay was excellent!

If you keep the price and quality as it is, we will stay here every time we come to vegas! Clean, luxurious , new, fun ! Specious beautiful rooms, not too crowded , a lot of food options ! We had amazing time. By Redo Amenities at the room is an amazing touch to our stay! It’s amazing.

They didn’t the room I paid for on the first night, so we had to move on our second night to our room. For inconvenience they gave us 50$ voucher . Long wait at the reception each time. Cleaning differs from person to person, some days it was exceptional but some was not all perfect. Still it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in US! We really really loved it’s , and also of the demand they sent additional cleaning to our room.
