Clean, bright, relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and great options.

The AC in the room wasn’t keeping the room cool at night. As the temperature in the room got hotter our sleep was quite interrupted. I must have gotten up 3-4 times to turn the thermostat back down to a comfortable temperature. This caused us to be tired for our next day of things we wanted to do.

Convenient location close to restaurants. Large attractive and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

Cleanliness was unsatisfactory. There were crumbs on the sofa. One of our towels was stained. Only one bar of soap had to be shared for hands and shower. Only one bottle of shampoo and conditioner. No lotion. Extra toiletries available on request but not practical when you are already undressed for a shower. Oh, btw the sliding shower door woud not stay closed.l I had paid more than I normally do for a hotel since it was our anniversary and expected a little more and did not feel that I got it. I recommend installing dispensers in the shower to cut down on costs and would also be eco-friendly.

It was a perfect location for attending shows at the First Bank Amphitheatre or visiting the lovely town of Franklin. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The scrambled eggs were pretty tasteless and the Canadian bacon was dry. But there was the typical good variety of make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, sweet rolls and fresh fruit. The breakfast room was bright and lovely and there was an outdoor seating area.

The breakfast was the best we’ve had any hotel. The location of the hotel is great when visiting Nashville. Franklin is beautiful and a mini destination in itself.

Housekeeping doesn’t come in daily without a 24 notice. I like fresh towels daily so I had to find housekeeping in the hall to trade out towels. I called the front desk once and she brought them straight up. We had lots of trash by the 4th day. The staff was great and I should have made the 24 hour request.

everything was good. One suggestion would be to have a designated smoking are not right next to the entry. there ate benches at the porta Coche where people sat to smoke and when you walk out the door most of the time had to walk past smoke

Loved the breakfast and seating area. My room was awesome, quiet and I felt safe. Location was great because I was able to walk to get food choices if I needed to.

The only thing I didn't like was the comforter on the bed. It was very heavy. It almost felt like a weighted blanket. With only a sheet and heavy comforter I would sweat or freeze depending on what I was using. Provide a regular blanket option.

2 ladies just sitting in breakfast room scrolling their iPhone when others were waiting to be seated and have breakfast. Kids running up & down hall latter in the evening.

The breakfast was actually the best we have ever had and the manager that was running the breakfast area was very nice and attentive. Helping people make waffles, constantly cleaning up, greeting people. You have a real winner there working that breakfast place.

I didn't really love the design of the double queen. We stayed in a different hotel the way down, and their set up is a little better for our family, but I am being picky. The hotel overall is much nicer and the facility as well.

The location was safe and perfectly situated - just off the highway and close to dining, grocery store, and a gas station. The amenities I used (the workout room and the free coffee/tea station) were clean and well-stocked. The room was pristine and quiet. A perfect stay.

That there was no access to businesses behind the hotel without getting back on to main highway. The coffee was not good to weak and no flavor. Also bacon would be better than sausage.
