Our room was newly renovated so you know management cares to give a good stay experience, so be sure to ask for those rooms. Housekeeping, despite us not seeing them, replenishes what we need. There's a microwave too which helps a lot. On top of that, management accommodated advance shipments I made (just talk to them). Overall surprised about the stay.

Not that we would need it but the 'breakfast' is actually just coffee, apple juice, orange juice, and granola bars. We didn't mind it as we got it for really good price so the freebie seemed like a bonus takeaway when you're on the go.

Property was clean, staff was friendly! Pool felt great. Location to globe life is the selling point. Room AC worked great. Had minimal housekeeping which was fine with me, the took out trash and brought fresh towels. I don’t need the bed made or anything like that. We decided it will be a hotel we return back to often.

The beds were uncomfortable but I find that to be true for most places, definitely not going to stop us from going back. Elevator is small and that’s only a problem for me due to a fear of elevators. The stairs were easily accessible across from them.

Exceptional Customer Service - They were able to accommodate me for a reasonable Early Check in Fee, Nice Facilities - Although a bit dated, Clean and Feasible, Comfortable Beds, A nice large pool to cool off in, Coffee in the Lobby through Out the Day. 2 Restaurants next door. and is on the Stadiums Trolley Routes (in season).

They do not offer breakfast and their late check out is only a 30min Extension versus an hour. The location is decent, however, there are no gas stations or stores within walking distance for afterhours or personal toiletries. They also do not have a store inside the hotel.

Very clean. Great location next to Six Flags. Nice pool. Very quiet (could not hear highway noise on pool side). Comfortable beds. Great AC. Nice and helpful front desk staff. $72 with all taxes and fees was AMAZING value for money! Great parking - safe and well-lit. Nicely decorated and updated. Microwave and refrigerator very convenient for long stays.

It was perfect in meeting our needs for an overnight trip to Six Flags.

I liked the room well enough.

Now, here's the problem. I called the hotel the night before to ask them if my brother-in-law could check in BEFORE I arrived because he would be there well BEFORE I would be (the next day). I was told there wouldn't be a problem. There was a problem. He couldn't check in - we shared the room for Christ's sake! The hotel wouldn't let him check in because we booked the room through Booking.com. He had to wait there even though I was on the phone with them to explain the problem. What a crappy way to start the weekend. I don't know who/what I hate more - Booking.com or the hotel?

The staff was friendly and helpful. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. Close to six Flags The pool was nice and clear. Just wish we could it didn't close at 10pm

The hotel was not very handicap accessible. We could not get in the hotel easily for someone in a wheelchair. They said they had juice in the lobby but during our stay it was not working. The room was loud at night because it was next to the highway

Location was fantastic. Literally walking distance to the most attractions. Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, The Ball Park in Arlington (Texas Rangers), AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys). A shuttle service is available so you can leave you car at the hotel and not worry about parking or paying for parking.

There is a sign on the back door of the hotel that it is locked at all times for the security of their guests and you need to use your Key Card. The Key Card thing was working but the door was never locked as far as I know. It wasn't locked at 11:00pm, I don't know about the early morning hours.

The environment and property were clean and orderly. The room was orderly and the color palate was beautiful. The staff were very accomodating. I had to be at work before the coffee was served BUT the staff prepared it early to accommodate my needs. Shartou was wonderful and warm when I arrived.

The ice machine was on the 3rd floor; that was unexpected but the ice machine provided great ice.

The room was bright, clean, and cheery. The bed was comfortable. Hallways smelled nice. When I checked out around 5:30a the man working the desk was friendly and had coffee available for guests. I loved the old timey looking HoJo posters they had in the lobby.

The luggage cart was no where to be found. Awkward to bring in my stuff without it. When I checked in around 7p, the woman working the desk wasn’t very welcoming. The plastic shield they have up to help stop the spread of COVID makes it difficult to hear them. Combine that with a heavy foreign accent and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. The in room coffee is dreadful.

Well I didn't like getting charged for 2 nights when I made the change thru booking.com and they said booking.com never makes changes they say they will but dont was not prepared to pay over 500 dollars and I wasn't aware they had breakfast and I was definitely not happy when 3 strangers walked in my room while I was on there and my 2 children apparently they messed up in the front and re booked our room
