This is a very clean, well managed, family oriented motel. Front desk staff was excellent. I am not a huge fan of the “free breakfasts” because normally they are quite awful and a waste of calories. I would prefer it be done away with and just lower the room rates. However, the pastries offered here (according to my husband because I don’t eat them) were tasty and fresh. Everything else looked to be nicely prepared and fresh so they get a 5 star rating in the department where normally I don’t even consider rating it. Over all the entire stay was quite pleasant.

One of the elevators was down for the majority of our stay. It didn’t pose any issues and this was a weekend so getting it serviced timely I can see being an issue. Otherwise all was good.

I have been to this hotel several times and I keep coming because of the comfort and price, it is a great balance for what you get. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the place is clean, lots of natural light and the beds are very comfy.

The only thing I didn't like this time was that the coffee machine in the breakfast lounge was not working; I ended up making coffee in my room. This is the first time I have seen this happening.

The bed was super comfy!

There was a problem with the pool so we couldn't swim. I called 2 weeks ago to confirm it was open and it was. But when we arrived there was some kind of issue. Also, there were crickets EVERYWHERE! They were all over the hotel and in our room and bathroom. Even the top of the curtain. That was super annoying. Other than that, it was nice.

My family and I had to find a hotel because we had no electricity due to the winter storm. All the newer hotels in my area were booked up, so I ended up booking a room at Sleep Inn. I was scared that it would be a dump even with the good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is for the price. The double room was big enough to fit my family of 5 comfortably. There was a microwave and mini fridge, which we needed because this was an unexpected expense so we brought our own food from home. The room was pretty clean, at an excellent location, and was quiet. The breakfast was decent.

They really need to replace the mattresses and pillows. The mattress was so hard that there was no way I could get comfortable. You can feel the springs. The pillows were flat and very small. I would have needed 10 of them just to be equal to 3 regular pillows. We didn't get in the pool but I did take a look at it and the water looks extremely murky. I wouldn't have allowed my kids to swim in that.

The front desk staff was great. The appearance of the entire hotel was clean and super comforting . The bed was so comfortable and the water pressure was excellent! The breakfast was great! Especially post pandemic it was nice sitting at tables with strangers having morning conversations.

The pool and jacuzzi area was a little disappointing. The water in the pool was warm in an already super muggy pool room. And the water was kinda grouse. Looks like they could benefit from draining, power washing the liner and refill. Also the pool towels where the size of a large hand towel. Im a small woman and it was too small for me! The king room had a stand in shower, nit a tub. Which I was looking forward too.

The hotel still has a full service breakfast bacon egg sausage waffles with juice and coffee. The staff was very friendly and nice. The pool says that it closes at 10:00 p.m. but they let us stay until 12:00 a.m. There was a nice little variety of items you could purchase from downstairs. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave which is always a plus.

The hotel only comes around every 3 days of your stay to get your used laundry. I have three kids so these are a hot commodity around my camp especially if the kids go swimming and shower afterwards. We booked a room with double queen beds but I'm pretty sure they were full size because we had a hard time fitting with myself husband and two-year-old.

Great little breakfast. Cookies and popcorn at night. Very clean and staff was accommodating.

Freeway is close by and loud. The Frontage road is also in front of the hotel so a lot cars go by at 55 mph. Can only turn right.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.

Hot tub was so hot that it was not usable. The first day it was 104 which was awesome, but after that it was 110-112 which was begging for a future lawsuit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast was great and always stocked no matter when you got there!

Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean.

I didn’t care for the shower stall. It had hard water stains and cracked tiles. I also would have liked to have a table with 2 chairs so we could sit and eat together in the room.
