Perfect location, breakfast OK, could be more diverse. Hotel staff very helpful. Prices affordable, considering location. Looks very, very nice from outside. The room is nothing special, but it fulfils its purpose, according to a 3-star hotel, so that is a plus. We have seen much worse hotels. Wardrobe cabinet is more than enough for two persons.

Not many parking spaces in front of the hotel, garage has to be paid extra 16 EUR per day, but you can use a free parking spaces across the street. We weren't that lucky, as at the time of our stay, the marathon was on the street and we couldn't use it. Toilet could be cleaner. Tight space between the bed and the cabinet with TV, so bigger person would have difficulties walking from entrance to the balcony or to the other side of the bed. There is no need for a table and two chairs in the room, if you don't have space for them. They are just blocking the fridge or balcony doors, depends on which way you push them.

The beach was near but the main areas were 20/25 mins away. The bus was hit and miss, never on time or did not show. We had to order a Taxi one evening as the bus never showed. The hotel is a converted motel where we had to go up stairs to the 2nd floor then use more stairs to go down to our room. Very clean.

The breakfast had little choices we had to boil our own eggs, only one bread choice. The staff was good but had only one worker to serve all the breakfast people. The front counter staff were helpful. It is a convenient location for beach goers, but not for site seeing. If you have difficulty walking, be prepared to take Taxis.

Decor of the room, reception and hotel. Amazing and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast. Great location with beaches, shops, restaurants and the old town near by.

TV was temperamental. Rooms could be a little bit more maintained. Bits/sand on bedroom floor, hairs around bathroom and big brown stain in the toilet wasn't too pleasant. For these reasons I do think price should be lower but still had a lovely stay considering we don't normally stay in 3 star hotels.

Very close to the sea. Nice & welcoming staff( reception & cleaning). clean even though a bit outdated here & there (a few chips at the corners) Good & enough breakfast. We didn’t expect more than pastries & coffee ->so eggs& cheese selection were a plus Pet friendly (huge plus for us). Free public parking if front of the hotel ( until June 1st)

It can be noisy if u are a light sleeper -it is right by the main street. The individual utensils use for breakfast quite annoying. You don’t even have this in a 5*hotel. Give them a good wash before putting them there, people only use the handle. But , whatever, the rules came after certain experiences, I am sure.

Across the street from sandy beach and short 10 min walk to old town and restaurants. Clean rooms and receptionists helpful with directions. Had to change our room soon after checkin as 2 parties with same name and stay dates scheduled and I did think we had incorrect room at first and was about to question it but she found and corrected mistake quickly. Hot water maker, fridge and bottled water in room nice to have.

Parking a bit confusing but nice to have car in covered garage. Was tight fit and had to leave key and request help to leave garage.

Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. Close to a lovely eat-in bakery, beaches, short walk both to the old town or Juan les Pins, depending on which direction you chose. The main bedroom was fantastic with plenty of storage, tea/coffee facilities, amenities etc. And both rooms had lovely big balconies. Loved the bathroom too with its very powerful walk-in shower!

We had booked the suite as there 3 of us but I felt it was more of a family room than a suite. The 2nd bedroom, while I appreciate it may be used more for kids, had nothing apart from a TV and small table. It badly needed a few shelves and a chest of drawers to make it more comfortable. We couldn’t really unpack properly as there was literally nowhere to put anything. Perhaps it wasn’t fully finished yet?

I loved the sizes of the rooms and how well equipped they were with basic amenities (fridge, safe, tea, coffee, biscuits), etc. I especially enjoyed the apples on the reception desk of the hotel, that are a welcome change to sweets and toffees.

The shower head needs a redo! It is a hand shower with a rather small head, which was a let down in comparison to a spacious, well designed bathroom.

The location is good. and the rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was well-maintained. excellent parking. Close to the beach and Antibes old town with many restaurants and bars. The rooms are well air-conditioned, and despite being located next to a main street, the windows provide excellent soundproofing.

Breakfast does not match the overall quality of the hotel. No fried or scarmmbeld egg. no fresh vegetables.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Josse. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. The air conditioner worked very well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about Antibes and accommodating! The location of the hotel was just perfect. Directly across from the beach and about a 10-15 walk from old city, which feels like 5 minutes because the walk is so scenic and beautiful - it’s nice to be so close to the action but also nice to be far enough away that the area doesn’t feel overcrowded or loud. Also about a 20 minute walk to Juan les Pins if you’d like to explore that area too. It was truly perfect! Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was perfect. A short walk to the beautiful old town, across the road from the beach and also a half hour walk to Juan le Pins. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very attentive and so friendly.
