Beds, AC and sound-proofing - we slept the best compared to many hotels before! Spacious room with good layout and fittings. Cordial and helpful staff that were always present and sincerely willing to help with any issues. The swimming pool on-site was relatively small, but there was always space in it, sunbeds available and a lifeguard was always present to make sure the kids were safe swimming. Parking - free for the guests and with many spots available (although some shades wouldn't hurt in the summer). Marineland / Aquasplash parks which are literally part of the hotel complex and we've been granted a discount as hotel guests. Cool-looking wooden keycards for the room :)

Breakfasts - food selection was rather poor and provided zero variability day-to-day. Location at the outskirts of Antibes - you'll need a car or to use the train / lots of walking. On Friday and Saturday nearby club was playing loud music at night.

The staff accepting international visitors , should know and speak basic English to avoid using the phone for translating. On check in , the person who was responsible at that time, he told me that breakfast is fifteen euro (15) for all of us and i asked 3 times, really (!) 15 for all of us each day ...owow...is cheap i said Apparently he mixed up the fifteen (15) with fifty(50).

The hotel is very much geared to families with small children. In fairness, we expected this could be the case with its location. We chose it because it was near the railway station (our means of transport), over the road from the beach, it had a pool and was cheaper than Nice with all boxes ticked. There is nothing wrong with either the staff or the hotel but not enough to rate 10/10. Functional but not spectacular. Location is ok. Plenty of parking. Railway station (Biot) 10 min walk. We travelled by train from Paris, via other stops on the way, in France to make this our last stop for a week. We ate at the hotel once and there are other places to eat locally without having to travel into Antibes in an evening. Breakfast is overpriced but due to its location it is what it is. Local bus No200 serves Nice to Cannes and No 250 is the airport Bus. All go past the front of the hotel with stops nearby. To access the beach is a short walk to the railway station, through the underpass and you're there. There's a great cafe on the beach. The receptionist recommended the beach at Juan Le Pins and he wasn't wrong. Great beach (with sand not pebbles). Short train ride gets you there. I found the reception staff are very good and helpful. We like to do our own thing but they gave us a couple of pointers and I'm glad they did. The pool is as small as it look in the photos.

The only hotel we stayed in that didn't offer any hot food for breakfast. I wasn't expecting a full English. It was all very good but standard. It is an observation, not a criticism. Our experiences elsewhere in France have been different. This, again, demonstrates the above average not excellent rating. The hotel doesn't have to do a lot more to get excellent but compared to others on this trip it just falls short.

Hi. I have already put a review on the google site. The hotel in in great location, nice pool and room sizes good. Otherwise very good facilities. Staff great and helpful.

But the Pillows were too high and my husband slept with out one. also the duvet etc was very thin and very thin blankets for the kids. True it was hot, but with the AC on, need a bit of cover. We had our own blanket to which one of my kids used. Also the breakfast lacked more variety of cheese especially that its a French country and also more hot breakfast foods. But all in all was adequate for our trip thanks

The room was spotless clean, very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was open until 21.30, so we could also get delicious dinner. Also, it was great to have a swimming pool by the hotel. Great view to the sea, with lots of palm-trees.

Regarding the hotel, everything was perfect. Just if you want to walk to Antibes, it takes 1 hour on foot, so the location is not great, if you want to visit only Antibes.

In this particular occasion, I would like to thank warmly Ms. Houda at the Reception Desk. I had an issue with the safe in my room and she resolved immediately and effectively. This allowed me to do the sightseeing of the day with peace of mind. Thank you Ms. Houda, and keep up the good work!

Nothing in particular.

The staff was exceptionally kind. The hotel offers a nice restaurant and great breakfast. The room was beautiful and cosy. I recommend staying in the sea view room, where you can observe sunrise from the wide windows. Even though the planes are landing close by in Nice, and there is a proximity of a railway, the soundproofing makes sure you are not bothered by those. There is a spacious and clean rain shower, the bed is cosy, there is enough extra pillows. The location is really convenient, you can either walk to the beach or make a short drive, where you can park for free, and the beach has showers.

Nothing not to like, we even extended our stay due to a great experience.

Marineland is great for the kids - if you have been to Loro park or similar, the dolphin show was exeptional even compared to others. The hotel is very basic, clean. Good location for the park, train to explore the Riviera.

Food is very low quality for high price.

Very nice room, bigger than I expected. Clean and confortable. Good breakfast and restaurant. Easy access to the parking place. Nice swimming pool for children.

It's a bit outside the centre of Antibes and it can be difficult to find a parking place there. I personally don't really like that you cannot open the windows and you have to have AC all the time in the room, but it's just my preference..

Room was spacious, we had a fridge and a safe (which i found hard to operate even with instructions and staff's explanation, usually I don't have a problem). Bathroom nice, soap provided, tower rack didn't switch off when set on timer. Air-conditioner worked fine. It was close to train station and activity parks as advertised. Hotel pool was good too.

Room was clean but carpet was sticky at points. The restaurant was okay but selection was limited and mainly fast food type. Staff were helpful, some had limited English (which was tricky as I don't speak French) but we got by. Curtains let a lot of light in the room in the morning on the sides.
