Isolated, peaceful, quiet on a night, air con if needed, fabulous food and wine, pleasant breakfast with view over the valley from the terrace, all the birds singing.
Outdated room, furniture and bedding, bed too hard (perhaps personal taste), no shower screen on bath, pool and poolside could be cleaner.

We loved the rural location and the warm greeting from the owners. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious - one of the best meals we had in France! The view while having a beer at sunset was absolutely breathtaking.
We were happy at the property, you could say the rooms need renovating but we thought the style was part of its charm!

It was a nice cozy room with an amazing terrace and beautiful view. it was a family estate and Guilhem and his family were very lovely people who took care of me really well throughout my stay. they went out of the way to help me out whenever possible and it is truly heartwarming. adding on, they have very good food in the family restaurant as well.

The hotel is in a charming quiet location close to the main travel routes. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was ideal with a lovely big terrace. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, and we would not hesitate to stay again.

The breakfast was an excellent continental style one, with a mixture of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, confitures etc plus coffee /tea as desired. BUT for special mention the dinner was a wonderful experience. We had the three course set menu plus local wines. The food was Michelin standard, fairly rich but not too much and cooked by father of the mother, father and son team. We sat outside on a covered terrace overlooking the rolling forested hills of the Languedoc. Bliss!
The room was comfortable but very typically French of a bygone era in decoration etc. However, everything worked. We only discovered the shutter incorporated in the terrace French door in the morning! As it happened it didn’t matter as we were not overlooked as we were miles away from anywhere. The only real criticism I have is that more specific directions need to be given. We did go round the houses a bit before eventually retracing our steps and trying a different route.

What an incredible place. Tucked away amongst the most beautiful scenery. The mother and son who ran the place were really lovely and our room with a vast terrace was perfect. Our dinner was simply gorgeous!
Absolutely nothing.

Very good service; we were asked if we wanted a table reservation in the restaurant before arrival. (VERY GOOD RESTAURANT) And breakfast service is very flexible, any time was possible.
The location is a bit far away from everything, keep that in mind. In return, beautiful and quiet location to relax.

Beautiful old stone building full of charm in the peace and quiet. We had a beautiful dinner on the balcony overlooking the valley below. The apple tart is a must! Our room was very basic but very clean and priced accordingly so no complaints there.
