We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so... The location is perfect (in the hotel zone) straight off the motorway and you're there, and you can stroll into town. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Once we got stuck in a traffic jam and the young lady stayed late in reception to check us in. I was very please to smell the whiff of paint in the air, obvious refurbishment going on (there needs to be a second coat on the bathroom door) new doors and some fittings in the room we stayed in . All good. Such good value - very reasonable prices. You can get a nice coffee from the machine for a small fee and not use the powdered rubbish in the room - nice touch.

We have stayed here many many times.. we should be getting points !, The staff are always friendly and helpful. They will let you buy a coffee from the machine and take it to your room - great because that instant stuff is awful. Once we got stuck in a huge traffic jam and the nice young lady stayed in reception till way late. The location is perfect - just off the motorway and close enough to stroll into town for a drink and a meal. Breakfast is fine - good selection and good quality Good value for money.

there are a few little places where it is showing its age - wear and tear, not shabby yet.

The room was suitable for a family of 4 (adult kids). I would suggest that the bathroom was a tad small but functional. The room was very clean and the beds were so, so comfortable. As with all hotel rooms, not enough waste bins and coat/clothes hooks for the number of people in the room - a small issue easily fixed. The hotel was easy to find with options to eat nearby, although the hotel does have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Parking was plentiful and immediately outside the hotel. The staff could not do enough to help and the English spoken (lazy French speaker here) was perfect. Check in was easy and nothing was too much trouble. There is no lift and whilst there are only 2 levels, we have a member of our party who is a bit wobbly on their feet, so be mindful of this. An excellent stop off hotel. Would recommend.

We would have liked a lift and more hanging space/coat hooks, but this is really a very minor issue for a one night stay.

The room was a bit small and cramped but adequate. The restaurant had a good evening menu and the breakfast was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located in a commercial area, along with a number of other hotel brands. Limited external places to visit. It was difficult to access the shower as the bath side had a high threshold and the shower screen got in the way. My wife could not access the bath/shower, although I managed okay.

I stayed on my way to Spain but left my wallet behind. The hotel notified me and kept it secure and handed it back as soon as I arrived on my way back home for this overnight stay. We enjoyed our excellent evening meals.

The property was very comfortable and the ambience and care and attention from the staff was outstanding. Plenty of parking space and easy access to the autoroute.

Close to the highway exit, enough parking spaces, great breakfast, rather small but comfortable and newly decorated rooms. Very friendly staff

There is a transport company next to the hotel and there are generators to keep the reefer containers going and that creates a monotonous noise so no open windows at the back of the hotel but all rooms have airco and open windows invite musquitos

The staff were great - cheerful, thoughtful and efficient. Not a plastic chain hotel - a comfy bar and 2 dining areas. Comfy beds, choice of pillows, kettle and drinks. Good choice for buffet breakfast and the evening meal. Loved the boeuf bourgignon. Excellent value for money.

The cushions off the bed took up most of the wardrobe space but not a problem for us.

The location was very quiet and just outside the town, which was easily reached by foot. The staff were welcoming and friendly, particularly at breakfast, which had a great selection of foods.The room was spotlessly clean, cool and comfortable. We have a small trailer with us and the ample parking was perfect. We would definitely recommend. Beaune is a lovely lovely town

There is nothing in particular we disliked, though getting a drink at the bar in the evening was pretty slow.

The staff especially Manual and Emma were the best hosts you could meet,super friendly and they really looked after me !

Needs a bar fridge in the rooms, I asked for a double bed,got two singles together and I kept slipping in between them. The Hotel needs a Ice machine in the lobby because of the Heatwave in France. Public transport or all hotels chip in for a bus to take visitors into the city
