As soon as you arrive it looks well kept, the fish and the bridge into reception made you feel relaxed and welcome. Ev chargers at nearly every parking space. Wish we had brought the EV car instead. Bike garage to leave the bikes, restaurant was lovely and staff were great. Facilities we didn't really explore but looked good. Bedroom was a good size and beds where comfortable.

We were late to so there wasn't much left and my son ended up eating chocolate spread on bread so that could have been better, but a very small thing in an otherwise amazing place, highly recommend.

2 saunas, hamam and hot tube are amazing, restaurant serves delicious food, receptionist is very helpful. Location is far away from noisy roads, but only 10 minutes drive from Colmar. There are plenty of electric charging points at the parking. Chill out area near the lobby is very cosy. In general, this place makes impression of a well maintained property, which got plenty investments and have spent these money very well.

Location of that hotel on Google Maps is slightly off. It wrongly points to a building on the wrong side of the road and slightly further away than the actual hotel. But you'd find it anyways, as there's only one hotel in that area.

Food in the restaurant was very good, well presented with surprisingly large portions. My wife had the Caeser salad as a starter and remarked that it was big enough to qualify as a main meal. Wine was palatable though perhaps a little overpriced; however this is not unusual for a hotel.

A little slow in cancelling the security deposit for the room, which caused me some concern. After contacting the hotel the charge was cancelled promptly thereafter.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, with an amazing restaurant and breakfast buffet. They kept in mind food intolerances as well which was perfect!

The location is somewhat more remote. However for us it was a perfect spot to get through a very hot day. To get to Colmar you need a car, which when you do is perfectly fine to access. The swimming pool was great.

Modern renovations, spacious bedroom and bathroom, ample shelves and cubbies, plenty of breakfast choices, impressed with the fruit tea selections. Friendly staff members (Vincent ! And another lady whose name I couldn’t remember) Free onsite parking a huge convenience

While the strip lighting is fancy, it’s not adjustable, almost too bright for the evenings.

It is a new and modern hotel, located at approximately 10 km from Colmar. We arrived late in the night, they let us the code from entrance and the keys. Everything inside is beautiful and comfortable.

We have a little issue when we asked for an extra blanket, and we never got it. And another problem which is not necessarily their problem is that we had difficulties in getting a taxi to get to Colmar, in Christmas Day.

Awsome customer service, very cosy, ambience was relaxing absolutely clean and fresh the food was delicious and breakfast was excellent 👌 I loved everything the spa was divine. From the moment we got in it just felt good. Seeing the bridge with a fish pond was beautiful. Worth my stay

Only down size was I booked for two in a double bed room so we had 2 small cute beds and not one. But we managed.

Breakfast Cleanliness Property

The location is a bit outside from Colmar central, we had a car hence it was ok for us, however the parking spaces are almost always full. We had an EV but all the EV spots were occupied by gasoline vehicles therefore we could not charge our car at night.

We only stayed for a night as we were attending a rowing regatta. We did not arrive until just before 20.00 hrs and left at 8.30 the next morning. The hotel was adequate for our purpose but our dinner was very good as was the breakfast.

The room was quite small and price on the high side. If I was to stay here again for a longer time I would probably have had a better room. I found the lady on reception very friendly and helpful.

Good location when travelling through France to Switzerland, near the motorway. Modern, clean hotel with spacious bedroom. Excellent restaurant

Little bit isolated if you want a walk out in the evening. The village has nothing to offer int he way of a bar or supermarket.
