It was nice and cosy. The room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and very kind. It felt like home. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend !

Perfume spray noise every five minutes kept us awake during the night

Our room was very quiet which was great for our dog and our 1 year old baby. We all slept great. The girl at the reception was very friendly and professional and spoke English very well.

There was some confusion as we had booked a room with separate additional bedroom according to the description on Booking.com. This was the reason we chose this hotel (because of having both dog and baby). But this type of accommodation did not exist- so we all stayed in 1 room. But to make up for this they allowed us to charge our electric car without charge which was very nice.

I honestly had the best time! The hotel was so homey, the hotel staff were so helpful and courteous. The Hotel is beside the tram way station which brings us directly to the city center. The food at the their restaurant is a 10/10! Many variations of dishes and desserts. The room was so cozy and the bed was amazing! I don’t usually give a perfect score, but this hotel deserves an 11/10 ! I will definitely come back with my whole family.

The staff is definitely the best part! They are incredibly friendly and ready to help. The area where it is located is very quiet, the hotel was quiet, we could have a great night of sleep. The breakfast is very good with an amazing variety of honeys (they sell it there) and jams, there was a freshly squeeze orange juice which was perfect, there was no scrambled eggs when we got to the breakfast but after asking to a staff member about it he said it was in specific days only but after a few minutes he brought some scrambled eggs to us and he definitely made a difference doing this. Bed/mattress very confortable. They also let us leave one of our bags (with wines) there for 4 days after check out until we get back to Bordeaux (it was very very helpful, otherwise we would have had to dispatch the bag in other 2 flights, taking the risk to break it or loose). I totally recommend and I would definitely stay again if/when I come back to Bordeux (hopefully for the harvest season). Thanks a million!

The only negative aspects are: room quite small for 3 people and ar conditioner not well located (but working perfectly), nothing that really bothered.

The hotel is situated 2 mins away from the tram station, which brings you directly to the city center in 15-20 mins. They have a restaurant open from Monday to Thursday, I wasn’t able to eat dinner there but the breakfast made up for it. It was a buffet filled with different kinds of food: salted & sweet, hot & cold. The Hotel staff were extremely nice, and helpful with directions. The room was clean, warm & the bed was super comfortable. They had Netflix on the TV which is a plus.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are really nicely decorated and comfortable; you don’t feel like you’re in a budget hotel. The hotel is a very short walk from a tram stop and bike station.

It’s a very small thing but we said we didn’t need the room changing on the second day but it was done and the bath towels were taken away. However, they put some in straight away when I told them.

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the tram station, and the Parc des Expositions & Stade Matmut Atlantique is just a 5 -10 minute walk from this hotel. This hotel is very convenient, wonderful hotel staff always at our service, great food at their restaurant, bar at the hotel with draught beer & cocktails, they sell tram tickets, vending machine, cosy hotel vibe, and the room is clean and comfortable. Very basic room that was adequate. When we arrived receptionist said she didn’t know if room was ready. Asked to follow her to the room, only to find it was in a mess of untidiness, half eaten food, dirty towels etc from previous guests. Was told to leave our cases there and they’d clean when we were out. We returned to a clean room, but the image from previously tainted my stay. Ideal location for tram to Bordeaux and car park.
