The property was in THE BEST location possible. A five minute walk to the ski lift, a grocery store around the corner, and after a long day on the slopes, it was perfect to not have to walk far at all to get home. The staff were incredible and very friendly, understanding and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful, I would do anything to have one more of their hot chocolates! The room was extremely clean, beds were comfy and we had the best views. If your skiing in Serre Chevalier or Briancon, you should stay here.

Secure parking, Its good value,we expected it to be a noisy room being at the front but it wasn't helpful owners. It is at the bootom of town so a long way up to the old part but it is worth the walk, visit the Panorama Cafe the view is amazing and the foods good

The little step across the landing you need a bigger sign as you enter the landing the lights dont come on so you dont see the drop if you are carrying all your bike gear.

We liked the location and ability to park off the busy road

Although the hotel is pet friendly, dogs not able to join you in the breakfast room. We didn’t want to leave him alone in an unfamiliar room so we didn’t take breakfast at the hotel but outside at a cafe/restaurant where dogs were very welcome!

A very good small city hotel. Very friendly, comfortable and clean. Very good choice of continental breakfast available. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants and trains or buses. Briancon has a wealth of history and there are plenty of walks to forts and the river gorge with its awesome stone bridge.

The staff member on reception was very helpful. He allowed us to leave bags at reception, and to check in early. Breakfast was good too. There are buses nearby. The room was recently renovated and clean.

Other parts of Briancon have more character/ interest, but it is a small town and the guest card allows free bus travel so that isn't a problem.

Very fair price, not luxurious but a very comfortable stay, and free secure parking just outside the hotel was a bonus!

The breakfast buffet was a bit small, but for the price it was still a fair deal.

The room and bathroom were really nice. Everything seemed to have been redone in near past, and for the price this was a great room. Shower was warm and with good pressure. Balcony had a nice view over the city to the mountains. For a motorcycle traveler there's separate parking places.

Beyond the little pushy staff there was nothing wrong with the stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient.

On the hotel advertisement it says 'ski-to-door'. I am not sure how this is possible. I can't understand how this hotel could be 'ski-in/ski-out'.

Slightly small room with not much room for luggage, this is similar to most French hotel rooms I have stayed.
