The hotel was easy to find on foot, and the location was perfect for us. It’s close to cafés, restaurants, and shops, so we didn’t have to walk far to find what we needed. That was our main priority, and it definitely delivered. The bed was excellent—big and comfortable. We also had a balcony, which we loved. It overlooked the main street, but it wasn’t too noisy, likely because we were on the third floor. This made it comfortable for us to keep the balcony door open. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options, which we really enjoyed. The service was also great—friendly and helpful.

For me, there wasn’t anything bad about this hotel. The only small issue was the bathroom, which didn’t have a window, so the ventilation wasn’t great. After a hot shower, it got a bit too warm, and we had to leave the door open to let in some fresh air.

Great location in Briancon, only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift and to the local restaurants. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are very big! The bed has a memory foam top which was very comfortable after a days skiing. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful

Very warm at night due to the underfloor heating which isn’t controllable in each room so we had to sleep with the windows open which was a bit noisy at times due to traffic

The hotel was easy to find from the road entering Briancon and has free parking. The room was very clean and had ample wardrobe space. The shower was very powerful and the temperature control was perfect. The bed was very comfortable with large pillows and nice bedding. The location is good with bars and restaurants close by.

The walk up to the old town is quite steep but definitely worth the effort.

The reception staff were very friendly. Room was a good size with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was a good size with great shower and a separate toilet. Tea and coffee facilities available.

Paper cups instead of proper cups for tea/coffee. Room temperature too high, then too noisy with window open. Breakfast was expensive.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Bike parking was easy, there's a room for that. Breakfast was French and good, I liked the little crêpe. There's a supermarket 200m away and there's a peaceful walkway up to the Briançon old town - that's 100m higher than the hotel, but for average fit people easy to do. The room was clean and spacious.

I didn't like the scrambled egg, but there was boiled egg as an alternative. The room doors could be better isolated to cancel noise from the corridor.

The staff is so friendly! We arrived in the morning by train and we could immediate go for skiing. There is a magnificent top-star breakfast, highly recommended! The view from the room was unforgettable: snow-covered mountains! The hotel is at walking distance from the skilift, and at walking distance from the train station.

A warm welcome from the front of house on arrival (sorry didn't get the name but he was wearing a jacket and helped to discuss beer offerings!). Nicely refurbished room and dedicated parking facilities. We knew it was on the main road but actually it wasn't too noisy at night (we travel with ear plugs) and managed a good night's sleep. The same man who greeted us let us in as the rain started to lash down after running down from the Old Town - we had forgotten our entry code and he was just going home ! Nice breakfast service with freshly squeezed orange juice available.

It has been a long time since we have found a hotel where the staff have taken so much care, clean, well maintained, well appointed and the breakfast buffet was superb!

Possibly location as it is in the commercial district but the restaurants in the area offered a good choice.

What an amazing property in Briancon. Close to the ski slopes, and easy access to restaurants. Rooms were large, clean and newly renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and endeavoured to converse with us in English which was greatly appreciated for Australian travellers!

If I was being super picky, the price of the Breakfast at 14 Euro is a bit steep

Lovely hotel!! Location of the hotel is excellent. There is an adjacent and safe parking belonging to the hotel for free which is a big advantage. The amazing welcome of the hotel staff and their kindness is extraordinary!! They upgraded our room without our asking to a stunning suite with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was varied and excellent.
