A wonderful place to stay to rest during a long holiday. The chateau is spacious, immaculately presented and very comfortable. Our host was informative and helpful. The chateau is in the countryside and it is very peaceful. As well as our large room, there were comfortable common lounge rooms that could be used. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It would be difficult to access the chateau without a car, as it is in the countryside. Breakfast was provided but we had to travel to the nearest town for dinner. If you have transport, this is not a problem.

The accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms was very grand with lovely views. Breakfast was excellent and the hostess was very helpful with local knowledge, restaurants shops etc. We also learned about the history of the house which was very interesting. We had two border collies with us and they were made to feel welcome as well. Would definitely use again

For us it was perfect

Very spacious room with new bathroom and very comfortable bed. Very nice french breakfast served arround large dining table with other guests. Excellent wine by the bottle from an "honesty" fridge was very reasonably priced. The owner made us feel very welcomed when we arrived.

We stayed 2 nights and both mornings breakfast was punctuated by a "presentation" by the owner in french of the history of the chateau. This stopped any conversation with the other guests. A shorter 1-2 minute talk would be enough.

Good "family" breakfast all around the large table. Choice of food was good. Honesty drinks cabinet for the wine (by the bottle) was a nice option.

The owner was very informative and friendly. However at breakfast (which for us was 2 days running) its interrupted by a "presentation" of the history of the Chateau by the owner. This disrupted breakfast and inhibited the guests to talk. A shorter history would have been better.

A beautiful stunning property, perfect in every way, a warm welcome and fabulous breakfast with great facilities including Wi-Fi at a very reasonable price Stayed here on the way home from Spain, well worth it and in the very centre of France so perfect if driving from/to Spain. A wonderful chateau fabulous vineyard and very knowledgeable host.

French Continental ,good coffee,,excellent range of teas,home made jams every thing very fresh and delicious. Service was great and the breakfast room was beautiful , the adjoining lounge was fantastic with a stunning view of the main drive and the chateau parkland. The owner of the chateau was so so nice, very helpful friendly great sense of humour and her English was good.

We’re in our 70’s and a chair in the otherwise great bathroom would have been perfect.

We loved the location, our comfortable room and first class very spacious shower room. Breakfast was great Madame the proprietoress is clearly passionate about the chateau and welcomed us warmly and explained the history of the estate. We look forward to our next visit!

Everything was superb, immaculately clean, lovely surroundings , and charming hostess - we loved learning the history of the château and press house. We were sad to have to leave after only one nights stay and will definitely book again

Ambiance and character of grand historical building. Carol welcoming and helpful. Told us history of property over breakfast. Kindly booked an evening meal for us in Vierzon. Extremely comfortable bed which was much appreciated after a long drive.

stunning property in the middle of a vineyard. very quiet and tastefully restored. winery next door is lovely and owner very friendly. would recommend for families or couples
