Close to the beach, vey clean and good security measures. The room had clean wardrobe cabinets. I don't always use them, but I did during this stay which made it very convenient. The wardrobe closet was well maintained and clean. The bed was comforable and big enough for two people. I loved the small side shelfves- very conveniet for cell-phone charging or waterbottle to keep at night time. Bathroom was very spacious. The whole room was in light coloured decor which I really liked as ir opens up the space and gives overall more light. There was no funky smell and it overally looked like it was newly renovated.

We could not use the terrace on the 7th flooor for relaxation as there was a man smoking there even though the property did not allow smoking. So, we ended up not using the swimming pool either. I regret this part as the area on the terrace had an amazing view of the city and the vibe was very peaceful. Such a treat in this hotel. Also, our room was on the first floor facing all the cars passing by or stopping by the hotel, as well as people smoking outside ar the main entrance door, so we could not open the windows for fresh air. I wish the bathtub had a complete cover so that the water would not wet the floor so much (we had to use the towel rug for soking it up). They need to tighten up the towel hooks on the door as they were wiggly.

The room condition is good and the location is convenient.

The wifi signal in the public area is too weak and slow.

Cristal Hotel was perfect for a Cannes beach getaway. Rooms were spacious and I had two small balconies. My breakfast was included each morning and I love that they were open until 1030. Everything was fresh and delicious. I absolutely love the rooftop pool. It was a Perfect way to cool down after a hot day on the beach. You cannot beat the location. It’s right next to the Mondrian. And just down from the plate de festival.

Overall a really good stay at the Cristal! It is in a more quiet part of town (which for me is good) with approximately 15-20 minutes walk to the center. A lot of good and affordable restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk as well. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice and helpfull! 5-10 minutes walk and you are on the beach. Spa facilities are good with both a small pool, sauna and steam room, as well as sun loungers all around the building. Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, good selection and cosy that they have tables outside on the street to enjoy the morning sun.

Wifi is a little unstable sometimes, but that is about all I have to say of negative things :-)

The hotel location is very good. For a family room, they gave us two connecting rooms with two bathrooms/toilets which is quite good. The breakfast was fantastic. The stuff is very friendly and always eager to help you.

The hotel is overpriced. Need better maintenance of the rooms. In our room the outlet in the bathroom was hardly standing on the wall. a small push would draw it out.

Good tourist and business location, very close to beach , to major shopping area and to the Palais des Festivals .Nice large and very clean rooms with a good air condition

The breakfast was solid, but I would not spend EUR 25 on it; Internet was fast at times but disconnected often; If you book a room, skip the ones towards the noisy street; I had people - tourists and off duty workers - talking for hours every night in front of the building ;

Charmful historic building in a quite square of the city centre next to the Croisette. We got a very large and beautiful double-windowed room on the forth floor, quieter than expected, with a king-size and comfy bed and a cozy sitting corner. Large and good bathroom. We also appreciated the self-regulating heating and the wide wardrobe. The free spa is small but nice and pool’s water was warm enough to have a bath in a cold winter evening. Also the staff was very friendly.

The shower should be renovated.

Location right in the center, close to croisette and rue d’antibes and the beaches, staff helpful, rooms were large, water was offered, nice view. Staff let us keep our car parked there a bit longer. Parking on property.

Rooms need a bit of an upgrade, garage is very tight for larger cars but staff was helpful and accommodated us, room was very loud at night for people who have light sleep.

We had a wonderful time at Cristal Hotel! Very nice room, spatious, quiet, with a little balcony. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the hotel has also a pretty pool on the top floor. Everyone in the staff was very frendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again!

Wifi is unusable, signal too weak, coudn't do even basic connection. Hot food for breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked potatoes) are a good option, but quality pretty poor and the food was barely lukewarm
