The hotel is very well located. In this rainy autumn time, Chamonix and its key places look very picturesque. We lived in a small room with a bunk bed. Despite this, it is very well designed: shelves, sockets, iron and mini ironing board on request. The price during the interseason was quite low. And thanks to the Genius 3 level program, a wonderful breakfast was included, among other things with very good sliced ​​cheeses and meats and freshly baked bread. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given detailed explanations about the advantages of the Mont Blanc multipass, about the weather at the top of the Aiguille du Midi

There was a sharp unpleasant smell in the room. The next morning we were offered a change of room upon our remark

Great central location! Right near supermarket. Great value for short stays Bathrooms are large in size. Bed super comfy. I stayed here prior to my Haute Route hike and they kindly allowed me to store my luggage. It’s very very close to the Flexi bus drop off and pick up (13min walk). Came back to stay here for 2 extra nights after completing the hike and was given a much bigger room on 2nd floor. Loved that you could open the windows at night to let in fresh air, given there is no air-conditioning (not uncommon for Chamonix) Would stay here again as nearby hotels charged double the price during the time I was there. Great value all round.

Fantastic location in the centre of town Recently renovated to a good standard

Excellent location, right in the middle of town and you can walk everywhere easily. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Everything clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff at reception. Compared to some other options in town, I think this was really good value for the price.

The decoration of the room is not so inspiring, it's just a pretty basic hotel room. But for us, function is more important than form so it was no problem because the room was comfortable anyway. We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

The hotel has its own car park behind the building, which was great. The hotel is literally right in the centre with only a minutes walk to bars restaurants shops, a supermarket just round the corner and five minutes away from the Mont Blanc cable car and the glacier railway,if your booking on location this is the place, if you want a really smart clean hotel this is your place, friendly helpful staff this is your place.

I defined my search on the website to include parking and booked based on it having parking, after booking I found out the car parking is extra,I was a bit aggrieved but booked and paid for the parking, but in hindsight it was worth every penny, just thought I should say, but please don’t let it put you off as if I return to chamonix this will be my choice of hotel.

Exceptional location, downtown Chamonix, in a quiet little section away from the main street, but right downtown. Our room had a full view of the Mt Blanc and the glacier. Beautiful little terrace, again with a full view of the mountain. Everything has been renovated and looked very clean and new. Great value as well! Florin, the manager at the reception, was the most helpful and friendly person ever. He even took the time to show us several rooms and let us choose which one we liked the most. Thank you again for your hospitality and service Florin.

Really nothing. A wonderful place and stay.

This hotel is the proof that a 2/3 star hotel can still provide 5-star levels of service and comfort, if they want to. The room, although small, has been designed to maximize its space. The beds/linen are very comfortable (I've stayed in many 4/5-star hotels that couldn't provide this level of comfort). Spotlessly clean room; fluffy towels: great shower and amenities, and a TV with local channels + good-quality WiFi. Continental breakfast is provided with great quality ingredients and sufficient to get your day started. Last but not least, the staff members are just lovely and that makes a huge difference in your experience too. A huge thank-you note to Camelia & Florin who were always genuinely very kind, responsive and attentive.

The staff were great, really helpful with directions and timetables. The location was excellent, so handy for the centre of Chamonix, the train station, cable cars, bars and restaurants. The best thing about the room was the shower! I didn't have the breakfast but it all looked very substantial for continental.

My issue was with the room, it's size and lack of light. Why anyone would paint a smallish double room's ceiling a very dark colour is beyond me. I had requested an upgrade if possible and as far as I was concerned this had been confirmed in advance stating my special request had been approved at 'no extra charge' I was hoping for a terrace or at least a small balcony but this wasn't the case when I arrived, hence my low rate for room expectation. I think the room was very expensive for what it was

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Previously it was mentioned about how great the breakfast was(13e each) but maybe it’s just me, it was average, and after the first day we decided to find stuff on our own. even though we only had a two night stay, they cleaned the room after the first night which I find exceptional. They also have a safe storage room that you can put your things in if you’re not leaving immediately after you check out. The only thing that could improve this little gem is if there was a small mini fridge so you could keep a small amount of things cool for your stay. 

Very, very clean. The location is perfect. Walk distance to all main cable cars, ski lfts, the train station, bus staion. 10m away from the main street, super market -next door. The stuff at the reception is really very nice, very helpfull and friendly, speaks English. I had a beautiful view from my room but be careful when you ara booking the room. There are rooms with windows at the top, near the roof. There can be problems if you have claustrophobia

WiFi is not stable. It didn't work 2 days out of 4. It should be written on the hotel's page. (I had similir problems at home. Cheap equipment, cheap provider- no Internet)
