Beautiful place, very romantic and lovely. The place is surrounded by forest, the air is fresh and clean. The swimming pool was great and so was the food and staff. I absolutely loved it. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Getting more pool time for kids and especially more hours for the kids' club would have been excellent. For example, I don't see why it can’t be open between 12h and 13h and later in the evening.

The staff was absolutely caring, respectful, and supportive. We were staying there as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations and we absolutely loved the stay. The spa was great and not overcrowded and the kids had so much fun. The view from the spa added so much to the whole experience. The staff managed to handle a glitch in a very short time and with very much respect and care for us. I was worried we would be dismissed as it has happened in hotels before when the staff cannot care less but here I felt welcome. We are thinking of coming back for a longer stay, considering this was a great experience altogether. The location is special, Chantilly was so cozy and pretty and it was just an hour drive to the centre of Paris. The restaurant and all the facilities inside the resort were up to the level and everyone was very friendly and polite.

Big and pretty property with amazing food , just incredible food for a hotel. Accommodation of food allergies was fantastic for Europe . The rooms are sleek and comfortable but no frills ( like not even shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion ) We had a huge crew of people staying ( 7/8 rooms ) for a week. Amazing business meeting areas , and conference rooms . Very good business meeting hotel

One person complained bed not comfortable, mine was ok but not special . That was the only comment I heard. Staff was overall quite good , not overly friendly but got the job done. Location is sort of on its own - no walking anywhere downtown which is totally fine . It seems parts of the hotel are still under renovation.

The rooms, reception, lounge, bar area, and restaurants have been finished to high standards with good quality design that invites you to relax as soon as you take the first step into the facility. The staff were great, super attentive to our needs, and very cordial. The breakfast was abundant and served in a very clean and relaxing environment. I would try to avoid peak seasons as it does get rather busy. There was also a wedding at the facility during our stay and while it didn't disturb us in the least, there were a lot of people in the breakfast room and sauna the next day.

The spa is rather small and was crowded with people. In fact I only visited it once and just used the pool for a quick swim. The saunas and hammam were small and full of people so I didn't use them. The hotel does use a booking system to regulate the number of people using the sauna at a particular time but it is open to the public and was still too crowded for my tastes.

Breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly. Gardens and green areas are beautiful. Room was spacious and well equiped.

We arrived around 9 PM and had to carry our 4 bags thru a gravel road that leads to the rooms (petit pavilion). Same during check out 3 days after. When we arrived to the room there were only towels for 1. Called to the reception desk to get the missing ones but never arrived. Had to call again next morning. Kleenex and tea boxes were also empty. Balcony was quite dusty, and had dead bugs and leaves… and an ashtray, though I always request non-smoking rooms.

The property is beautiful, peace ful and a little out of the way, but it had great facilities! It had many areas to sit and just enjoy the surroundings. All the buildings and lounge areas were superbly decorated. It would be the perfect place for a retreat or conference as there were plenty of rooms for this purpose. Our room for the night was spacious, very well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. There was a little sitting area on the patio outside of the room—too bad the weather was a bit rainy. There were also plenty of places to have a coffee outside as well—if the weather had been better. The pool facilities were also beautiful and the spa looked amazing (although we didn’t have time to use either of them).

The room was a little pricey for one night compared to others of the same standard. We also couldn’t find a continental breakfast so went to the one restaurant and asked if we could just have toast and coffee outside. They said yes, but charged us the same amount as a breakfast buffet!

The room was excellent and the specific times for children to use the pool worked perfectly for us. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful in every aspect and the bar was available when we needed it. Although we did not use it, they also help you with your luggage since the parking lot is a small ways. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

It appeared that some areas still need to be finished because of the dirt paths towards the rooms. Still, this was not a problem because the areas had rugs to clean our shoes and these were cleaned daily.

Idyllic location, beautiful surroundings. High-class hotel with excellent spa facilities. Really appreciated the slots they have for kids between 9-11am and 3-5pm. Spa included in the price so well worth it if you can get to the spa during your stay, you can arrive before your check in time to be able to utilise it as well, handy. Decent bar, they had a live pianist come and play on the Saturday evening which gave the place a lovely atmosphere.

Our room had ants crawling around on the ground floor, only a few but still not what you expect from a quality establishment. We also discovered as we went to bed that the bed was missing a bed sheet and we ended up sleeping on the mattress cover. The restaurant is quite expensive for what it is, we spent €160 on two 3-course meals and a extra starter for the baby and a glass of wine each. Same for the breakfast, although it was a great breakfast it was quite expensive at €27pp. That being said, overall the price for the stay wasn't too bad and we would definitely come back.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with streams and greenery all around. The building and layout of the hotel is good and it has almost everything you could need within the complex. The bar is lovely and the live music a great addition. The choice of restaurants was good. The spa facilities were excellent. The hotel room we had was clean, the bathroom a good size and the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

You had to queue for quite a while to check in and out of the hotel which after a long drive is not ideal and doesn’t add to a feeling of 4-star.

Beautiful hotel with impressive rooms. The SPA area is very pleasant and the reservation system meant we could rent it as a group. The location which was only a 20min pleasant hike towards the castle is great.

As we were a rather large group we needed reservations quite often and the staff wasn't always helpful in arranging this. We tried to reserve the restaurant and were told it was impossible, but when we went directly they still had plenty of space. The same happened when we tried to reserve for drinks
