The room was really nice with a great view and the bed was very comfortable. It had a separate toilet and shower room with heated mirrors etc. The breakfast was lovely with an array of different choice's. The staff were very helpful too.

The room was really cold at times despite putting the heating to the maximum temperature. The wallpaper was peeling in our room. The bar never had staff there despite the reception telling us the bar was open which wasn't great. The surfaces needed a wipe down as they were dusty

Parking on site, a spacious and comfortable room -plus bathroom, The breakfast had a good choice of food. Lifts gave access to the upper floors. Tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning. A 5minute journey to the car ferry.

Milk should be made available in the bedroom for hot drinks. Getting to the hotel in Cherbourg was a nightmare. There was no signage from the main road nearby indicating a right turn leading to the hotel It was only sign-posted on arrival at the hotel! Other hotels had signage. The combination of roadworks and one-way systems meant we spent almost an hour getting to it even though we could see it and had GPS!!

Lovely hotel and very close to ferry port. Really nice rooms with comfortable bed. Lovely views of port from room. Friendly staff.

The restaurant for dinner let the hotel down a bit. We had a drink in the bar before dinner which was lovely and the starters we ordered were good. The main courses were disappointing. Fish was uncooked and cold at the centre and the presentation of both course didn’t align with the rest of the experiment of the hotel. Breakfast the following morning was good.

Hotel is new and the room was bigger than expected. Great location right by the canal. Has a secure parking in the back, accessible only to hotels' guests, but if one arrives very late, may not find a space. Good restaurant and bar.

The town has few restaurants and looked dead despite the fact that it was Saturday evening. And all restaurants were booked in advance or pretended to be (many bearing "Complet" signs in their front doors to even discourage people from asking if anyone cancelled). I found very hard to believe that no table was available for 2 people. So we ended up at the hotel's restaurant after wasting almost 2 hours going in circles looking for an available place to eat. Either book table in advance or eat at the hotel's restaurant.

We booked this hotel on Booking.Com , in the notes we asked for a high floor room with views , Booking.com confirm the hotel had seen our message and confirmed our request , sadly on arrival we were given a room on the 3rd floor with OK views to the side , we will go back but next time we will ring the hotel direct for confirmation of what part of the hotel our room is in , the beds are comfortable and the bar area on the ground floor is modern and there is outside sitting space

Breakfast was very basic. Not bad in any way but the selection could have been much better. I missed some different types of ham and normal sliced cheese. Free parking also which was a nice surprise.

In general, the hotel was really good. It's a small hotel and a little bit too the "budget" area so it's a kind of "you get what you pay for". I had a fair and joyful stay.

Always something going on in this location for us to enjoy. Quick walk over the bridge to the main square with dance competitions, carousels and icecream. Or an impromptu amateur Strictly Come Dancing in the square just outside the hotel! Perfectly placed for Carrefour. Lovely views from the rooms. Very helpful staff. Interacted with my son and gave him a teddy. Easy to find and park. We'll definitely stay again if taking the ferry over to France. Thank you. :)

Not being asked every morning by the waiting staff is there were two or three of us for breakfast. I'm a single Mum and was there with my little boy. Never assume! This was the only negative point, everything else was bang on. We had a great time and excellent service.

We had a room overlooking the harbour. The room was spacious & comfortable & the view was beautiful. The sunset was magical. All aspects of the property are first class. The decor is stylish, the rooms well appointed & the bed especially comfortable.

We had a little trouble explaining that we wanted our room temperature lowered to 17 degrees but after a few attempts the staff set our room to the desired temperature & this allowed us to sleep well.

everything was amazing from the spacious rooms to the amazing breakfast and the cleninesss of the entire hotel was just amazing . We were traveling next day on the ferry and the location could not have been any better, just a five min journey to the port, also the carpark was really spacious and very easy to access along with being included in the price.

Great location for getting around Cherbourg. View of the harbour amazing and secure parking a real plus.

You are right next to the shopping centre and Carrefour so finding the car park felt like you were driving down a goods entrance but that was a minor point
