It was super clean, and the rooms were absolutely quietude, which allowed me to have a good rest after a long drive. The location was perfect, too. It's close to the highway, walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets, and even if you have kids, there are things to do. My son had fun at the next door indoor playground and swimming at the hotel's pool. Not to forget to mention the staff was super helpful, utterly friendly, and professional. To sum it all up, even for an overnight stay,. it was lovely. I will be coming back soon.

Great hotel, well presented and easy to find. It is clean and fresh, the rooms were big and well sound proof, with kettle and tea/coffee available, beds are comfy. The kids were delighted to jump in the swimming pool after a long car trip. The staff was very nice and helpful. They graciously accepted to postpone our initial booking date by 2 nights which we really appreciated. Also there are restaurants nearby where you can walk to from the hotel. We didn't get breakfast there so I can't comment on that but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff . Located close to motorway and shopping centre nearby . Good parking facilities and nice indoor pool . Good breakfast with local produce on offer , catered well for Gluten free .

Nothing much , maybe the carpet could have been cleaner or alternative flooring would be a more hygienic option.

The breakfast was very nice.The staff were excellent and specially.The girl on the reception Katy.She was very, very helpful.I'm very good in general.It was a nice day and a very good stuff.I would recommend it to everybody

Excellent location off the motorway following a long, tiring drive. The receptionist - Luna - was very welcoming - she said we were booked into a roadside room but offered us a quieter room - which we gratefully accepted. Luna also allowed her to use her own personal ice scraper to remove ice and snow from the car windows. Good job Luna!

We forgot to let the hotel know that we spotted a small leak behind the toilet - it didn’t cause us any problems but it does need fixing.

this was purely a stop off on our drive to Spain, we had low expectations. the service from the staff was exceptional! we were very impressed. the beds were incredibly comfortable. really tasty and plentiful breakfast (which the staff put out early as we were leaving so early, hence the 5* review- amazing). we didn’t make it to the pool. parking felt safe. didn’t have any noise from other rooms/doors slamming that you often expect. working lift and convenient location for a quick dinner before bed.

we would have had the toilet and shower together rather than separate, however that is purely our preference.

The lady at reception was fantastic. Very welcoming and a lovely personality. Lovely clean facility. Bed very comfortable, pool fantastic.. Windows soundproofed . Fabulous breakfast.

We couldn't control the room temperature in the room as it was centrally controlled. But it wasn't so hot and we didn't ask reception.

Staff were fantastic, perfect location, easy to find and had a great night's sleep. Room was clean and tidy, Lidl around the corner and plenty of choice for places to eat. Free parking and breakfast was also a perk!

Convenient location. Reuben who was on reception on our earlier visit that week was very helpful. Family enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and fitness room which we had to ourselves and alleviated our long drive. Enjoyed frozen yoghurt, cheese, ham and baguette. Machine coffee good.

Great overall. Perhaps earlier time to use swimming pool in morning as most people are off on travels between 9 and 10am and Pool doesn’t open until 9am. Hot element of breakfast limited- small bits of rolled bacon, scrambled eggs and new potatoes fried in garlic.
