The hotel is newly refurbished. It's very clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The service exceeded my expectations. I can rate it 20/10. The concierge team is so kind and helpful. The receptionists are very kind. The ski room staff are the most attentive and helpful I've ever seen. The hotel is ski to door. The location is amazing, and 5 minutes by car from the center. What is great is that there is a free hotel shuttle that can take you and bring you from the center anytime. Overall, the hotel is amazing...

Nothing that I didn't like.

Extremely clean rooms and hotel, best hotel ive stayed in courchevel. The staff was attentive and eager to help. Ski facilities were top-notch and the distance to the slopes was right on the door step. The restaurant was very good as well, we went there 6 days in a row. Ill be sure to come back.

This hotel has a great ski in/ski out location and it's not far away from the center of the village. Spectacular views. 

A disappointing experience! Unfortunately this hotel is actually overrated. It definitely does not deserve 5 stars. Room and bathroom are too small, to the point that you can't have a decent shower, without flooding it all. Staff is courteous but under trained for the expected standard. Lousy food, particularly considering the only option in the menu, offered to the half board guests. In spite of the alpine style, the hotel has a gloomy atmosphere, especially the underground spa and pool. Urgent refurbishment is needed to meet the advertised category. You do not get what you pay for! Last but not least, beware of the obscene prices charged by the on-site ski rental shop.

Perfectly located at the base of the ski lift. Ski room is excellent.

Kitchen output a little random. Understand a new chef has been brought in. Easy to get splinters on untreated wood.

Employeess and ski room guys are amazing. All the hotel employess are very kind very nice and all of them try to make you happy.

We made our booking via booking.com. And We ordered a superior room which is mentioned 23m2 in booking.com. However when we check in the hotel.. Our room was a big dissapointment because our room is the smallest room which is about 15-18 m2 and near the maintenance room. I attached the room floor map and you can see the difference between the other rooms. We explain the situation to the hotel and to the booking but our room did not change. Also When we check in the room, Toilet is very dirty, In front of the mirror there were a lots of body hairs of previous guests. And We took photo and get in touch with booking customer services.. after 10 years of travelling via booking.com, the answer was much more dissapointed than the body hairs. Booking.com customer services (Mr.Kevin) mailed me that We cant reach the hotel management to solve your issues. so you have to do this by your self We are the third parties and we have no responsibilities about that. Thank you very much booking.com so We need to say farewell because your guest relation is another chapter of dissapointment. I attached the photos and evidence of all the issues We have faced. And Answer is; Dear Mert Gerçi̇n, We have tried to reach out to Alpes Hôtel du Pralong multiple times and filed a complaint to them regarding this for you, however we could not get them to hold it. We hope you will understand that we’re just a third party and we need to respect the accommodation’s policy. In this case, we’ll still follow up with the property regarding your complaint. We'd like to encourage you to get in touch with the accommodation's support service so they may look further into it for you. Big dissapointment of booking.com... We have one more travelling next month to Finland and after that We will never travel with booking.com. by the way I'am 2nd generation genius Guest. We have organised all our holidays via booking.com since 2012 but this was the another level of unhappiness.

The hotel itself is nothing short of amazing, with breathtaking views and easy access to the slopes, making it a dream destination for skiing enthusiasts. However, I regret to say that the reception staff left much to be desired. The treatment I received, particularly from the ladies at the reception desk, was unacceptably rude and unwelcoming. It was evident that there was a stark contrast in their demeanor when interacting with Arab guests compared to other nationalities, which was disheartening to witness. Despite this setback, I must commend the concierge team for their exceptional service and professionalism. Their attentiveness added value to my stay, and I appreciate their efforts to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Similarly, the staff working in the ski room were incredibly kind and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. Another highlight was the chauffeur service, which, when available, was impeccable. The chauffeurs were courteous and reliable, enhancing the convenience of exploring the area. However, there was a noticeable shortage of chauffeurs and cars during my stay, resulting in frustratingly long wait times, sometimes exceeding 45 minutes, for transportation to and from the hotel. On a brighter note, the breakfast provided was enjoyable, offering a variety of options to suit different preferences. In conclusion, while the hotel's location and amenities are undeniably impressive, my overall experience was tainted by the disappointing reception service. Regrettably, I cannot overlook the negative impact this had on my stay, and as a result, I am reluctant to return to the hotel in the future

Brekfast was just okay but did not worth for the money. Hotel’s restaurant was very slow and pricey. Food quality was very bad. Food was always cold and bad quality.

During my stay, my watch was stolen and me and my fiance is pretty sure that it was in the room. We asked hotel management about this and they said they investigated. However nothing happened at the end and hotel manager just said ‘ you should use safe box in the hotel’. This was the only sentece he used and we were very upset where we wont go again to this hotel.
