The location is perfect. The accommodation is spacious and clean, it had robes and slippers inside. However, we were all adults staying and have been missing some coffee capsules or robes for all of us, but surely you can ask this all at the reception and they kindly provide you with what you need.

Paying for parking or breakfast seem to be very expensive, however, it is your choice to book it or not, the availability is there. And anyway there are boulangeries opened close by from early morning where you can easy get very nice breakfast and coffee.

Good sized modern apartment with impressive views over the marina. Comfortable.

Property requires better maintenance. For example, the balcony privacy screen was not properly secured and the balcony floor tiles were covered in green mould. Very surprising for a ‘premium’ holiday rental, the apartment, to accommodate six people, had five clothes hangers. On requesting more, I was informed there were not any! Lived out of a suitcase for a few days! Also, the iron did not work.

The view! Location was ideal. Good size of apartment. The pool and spa facilities. The lobby and reception area. The gardens. Friendly staff.

No bar or restaurant. Board fixed to balcony restricting the view. Outdoor chairs on balcony covered in seagull poo. No welcome cleaning pack provided as detailed so had to purchase own materials. A proper oven would have been preferred to the microwave grill as it was tricky to use.

The swimming pool opens very late at 9am, and closes early at 8pm. After a day of visiting D-Day museums it would have been nice to come back for a swim or at least had an early swim before heading off for the day. The fitness suite was very small with very little equipment, again only opened at 9am instead of earlier. The sauna, salt room were lovely but didn't realise until the 2nd last day of our holiday that no booking/ fee was necessary to use them & were located beyond the reception desk of the spa so difficult to find. The breakfast at €21 pp was expensive.

Very comfortable apartment in great location with lovely harbour view.

Paid a refundable deposit of €300 on arrival. Was told when checking out on 5th July that this would be refunded within 3 days. It is now almost 8 weeks and the amount has still not been refunded. After numerous emails to the property it appears that the original charge was cancelled by the property, but that this cancellation has not been actioned by their bank. I have asked them to contact their bank to process the cancellation, and refund the amount to me. So far they have not agreed to this request, and I am out of pocket by €300.

Everything was new and clean, very pleasant room with high celling, huge windows and a lovely terrace. The property is very well maintained, the building are surrounded by the beautiful flowers and trees. Close to eveything, short walking disctance to the both towns.

Finding refuse bins was very tricky! They are well hidden and it is a lack of information and signs for it. There were small details in the interior and furnishing, which were not quite comfortable: a very tiny place to put the shampoo and other things in the shower, slightly tight space in the warderobes etc.

The location is fantastic - right on the picturesque harbour area and a short walk to the centre of Deauville, the beach and Trouville. We were so impressed by the facilities within the complex too. The pool area is brilliant, as are the gym facilities. We loved having air conditioning as the week of our stay was very warm! This was our first Summer holiday abroad with our baby daughter and we appreciated that you could request a travel cot, high chair, etc if needed, and lift access was handy with using pram. Deauville itself is gorgeous and very picturesque and we loved the restaurants just outside the hotel on the harbour. We didn't have too much time to explore Trouville but it is only a short walk across the river and is a lot livelier than Deauville. Also - a couple of excellent bakeries and Carrefour Express within easy walking distance!

The staff were pleasant but not overly communicative or welcoming when checking in/out - this may well be down to the language barrier as I sadly don't speak French however was given almost no information regarding the accommodation (only vaguely where our apartment was) and none regarding the area. I had messaged in advance to request a high chair for use in our room (as stated on their website) and received no reply, and asked again at check in and was told one would be brought to the room which unfortunately never happened. Very small things which didn't negatively impact on our stay and we are already excited to return!

The accommodation was such good value for money, a small apartment which comfortably met our needs. The pool was great, clean and easily accessible. The local area is lovely, beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Really enjoyed our short break and would recommend the property and local area. It was a little chilly and rainy when we went but it would be glorious in summer.

An amazing location to get to explore Deauville or Trouville. Great, heated swimming pool, which was needed in this weird summer. So we spent a lot of time there, very much relaxing. Rooms clean. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Staff friendly. Beds very comfy.

Mugs too small for an aeropress! (If that's my only complaint, then it's obviously not bad...) There was an incident on one of the staircases with, er, dog poo (dogs are obviously allowed in some of the rooms/grounds), but staff dealt with it really quickly.

Great location, amazing swimming pool, very spacious place with everything that we needed. Close walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. Children playground and room is a big plus.

My father left his swimming trunks and jeans in the pool dressing room & next morning staff were not able to find those. Very strange....Hotel staff promised to look and inform me if found, yet nobody contacted me since then.
