traditional family-run hotel, located right in the heart of Dijon, well renovated rooms in traditional style, including a (non-functional) chimney in the rom , quite large, with table, armchair, creaky wooden floors, comfortable beds, very good and brand new bathroom. Warm welcome at the reception. Would definitively come back or recommend. No parking, but possible in the street, for free at night. Quite safe. Actually, we could watch our car from the room's window. We did not try the breakfast.

An electric kettle with some tea / coffee would be welcome.

We had a triple room and it was great value for our family (2 adults, 2 9yr old girls). Beds were comfortable, room was large, bathroom was clean, bath was a great change after showers only - small but deep and very clean. Our girls loved it. Location was excellent and an easy 15min walk from station with luggage and right in the centre.

It was noisy at night till a bar behind the hotel closed. Then perfectly quiet. Maybe some better double glazed windows and also block out blinds would be small things to add but would not stop me from staying here again.

The hotel was close to everything in the city centre. The room was cozy and had air conditioning, which is very nice during a summer day. The parking wasn’t very far, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Very minor problem with ants appearing on the desk in our room, but we didn’t stay long enough to see if it was a persistent problem.

The reception staff was very kind and helpful, the location, building and room were gorgeous. I arrived at 5pm and left the following morning at 7:30amso I didn't experience all that the hotel has to offer but it was a clean comfortable pleasant experience. If I come back to Dijon I would love to stay here again.

The internet connection/wifi wasn't great.

The hotel position was very nice and ideal to visit the city centre.

The hotel is in a very quiet street without traffic and the room looked to the back, so it could have been a very quiet night if it had not been for the noise caused by the heating and ventilation.

Our stay at Hotel Le Jacquemart was very nice. We enjoyed a comfortable room on the upper floor, and the historic charm of the hotel added to the authentic Dijon experience. Plus, there are plenty of bars and cafes conveniently located nearby.

There was a little road construction in front of the hotel, so it was quite noisy earlier in the morning.

Warm welcome from host. She gave us tips about what to see in Dijon, and the great location of the hotel meant they were all easily walkable. The room was a nice size and breakfast choice was good. All in all a good value hotel.

Great location, Fantastic family room in a separate building from the main hotel. The kids had their own space downstairs in a great room. In a wonderful old french building and very comfortable beds.

Central location, close to very good bars and restaurants

Small bath and hot water very hot with little control over the temperature.

Super location, a very short walk to the Palais des Ducs de Bourgogne. Public overnight parking at 7€ was convenient, only 350m from the hotel. The hotel provides you with a 24 hour valid ticket and charges it to your room. The breakfast was overall good, DIY boiled eggs, 2 cut-yourself fresh loaves of tasty bread, a toaster, and good coffee. The beds were comfortable, and our bathroom came with a bathtub and was large. Our hostess (owner?) was very pleasant and helpful with directions and dinner suggestions. This hotel, even though old with aged furnishings, is very good value for money. I will definitely return here on my next visit.

The bathtub/shower in room 11 has a rounded bottom which can be slippery. I think there should be a grip bar on the wall just in case you lose your footing. I did not try the internet so no comment. But I did regret the absence of foreign TV news channels.
