Food first - small menu beautifully cooked...Big tick. Maron the front of house/chef elevates the restaurant from good to great fun due to her friendly bubbly personality. Thank goodness the boss speaks English and made us very welcome as unfortunately the language barrier did make our stay confusing although the young ladies were all very helpful when they knew what we were asking for Thank goodness for Google translator! Our little dog was made welcome and allowed to accompany us to the restaurant. Parking is easy and private. Location of hotel is in a pretty, small town/large village easily accessible by car to a large shopping centre, a massive Intermarche.

It appears communication amongst staff is wanting as we made it clear my husband is diabetic therefore could not eat the wonderful array of pastries offered for breakfast, subsequently different breakfast staff appeared unaware and we had to specially ask for scrambled eggs each morning. The curtains in our room could do with replacing, the current ones frankly let the room down. They're scruffy. And better quality, heavier curtains would make the room warmer thus negating the need to keep the heaters on.

Recommend 100%. Don’t even think if you have to drive an extra mile to stay at this place! It worth it. The place is great. The owner and the crew of the place really taking care of it. A lot of tiny details saying that. Attention to details, approach to their guests. A lot of efforts to make this place looks nice. And it does. It’s kind a boutique style hotel with beautiful terrace and small garden. Room and bathroom were clean and comfy. I recommend 100% and I appreciate the small business owners who work hard to deliver a great service to their customers. P.S. Great value.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Had an amazing dinner at the restaurant. The room was well equipped for a short stay. It was the cheapest place we stayed during our trip, but surprisingly it was the best one. Good value for the price we paid.

The room was facing the street, so a little noisy. But we found earplugs in the room, which was a nice gesture. Also if you open the windows, mosquitos, and noise are coming in, if you close, you do not have anything to breathe, because the room (as every room we booked in France) did not have air conditioning so was the same problem with all the places we stayed. But maybe it's not a big minus, just a thing you have to cope with.

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty Room was clean and heating worked very quick Bed was very comfortable Staff was very kind and helpful Hotel had parking and despite located next to a crossroad we found it very quiet to sleep.

A small nice hotel with the best staff. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed by the owner. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The best breakfast of our entire trip in France. We would love to come here again!

Location is quiet, easy to reach (& park a car) with a nice peaceful & remote feel. It is also most welcoming and well taken care … breakfast is about the best you can find in this category. Very recommendable !

The hotel is located in a very quiet small village, the rooms are comfortable, great breakfast and parking for the car.

The heating was not on and the room was a little bit cold

our host was wonderful, we arrived late at night and during Covid and they were so welcoming and laid us out the most fantastic traditional French food. we never really saw the local town but it’s a perfect place to stop when travelling up to Calais from the south and it was very cute!
