Lovely location, great staff (especially the lady at Breakfast) food was excellent and the facilities were all top quality. Lovely setting, grounds were well kept and tidy and everyone welcomed us with a warm welcome.

The fact we were residence for 5 nights and could only book dinner for 1 evening was slightly disappointing, even though we tried to book that morning, perhaps we should have considered booking further in advance but normally residence dont have an issue booking dinner at the place of residence. Just did not need the walk to somewhere local after a long day riding bikes.

Good quiet location with parking Comfortable room

We were initially shown a different room which looked totally different to the one shown on our fully paid booking. The ceiling beams were very low ( my 6foot tall husband would have bumped his head )and the room had no space and the toilet was down some stairs. We complained and were shown to a different room after a further wait which was exactly as the photos showed We couldn’t explain why they tried to show us to a clearly very much inferior (and presumably cheaper )room so I feel I have to warn others. We were very happy with the final room which was exactly as shown on our booking.com photos.

Fantastic hotel, the staff are very friendly. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the food is fine dining, but you get a discount for staying in the hotel. The room was huge, with a view of the mountains from the bath! It’s amazing value, and we’d definitely go back next time we’re in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes department, fantastic level of hospitality and a very personal touch.

We really enjoyed the property. It was a lovely space. The room was very comfortable. We were able to enjoy the dinner at the restaurant in the evening. It was a beautiful, delicious meal in a very special setting. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel and good size of room, better than most.

I thought the reception staff could have been more welcoming, but the breakfast attendants were fine. Internet access was dreadful.

Everything. The room, gardens, and restaurant were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was exquisitely decorated. The spa was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to another stay.

The electricity in the room was difficult to manage.

Friendly reception staff . Helpful with options for dinner/timings. Excellent communication on booking.com app with regard to booking additiionals like spa reservation. We only stayed 1 night but it was lovely.

English breakfast tea/ mini milk would've been a good addition in the room. And swim towels.

-Beautiful & spacious room with comfortable bed -Well-maintained grounds; a relaxing green sanctuary that felt like a welcome escape -Water kettle in the room -Easy accessibility by public transportation which is not the case for most chateaux

-Lawn-mower working at 9am, although it didn't bother us too much

Very comfortable room with excellent bathroom and separate toilet. Fantastic bed and soft & fluffy pillows - a dream! Enjoyed a full body massage and sauna (extra cost of course) and felt pretty restored after a long trip. Had a very good quality dinner at the Château. Excellent and spacious parking with gate closed at night.

Breakfast wasn’t quite the standard of the other experience but one can squeeze fresh orange juice.
