It was our second stay at the Hotel des Grands Vins. We love everything about the hotel. Our room was quiet and I was pleased it was possible to control the temperature, as I like to be cool at night. Some hotels start heating the hotels at this time of year and it can be difficult to sleep. Everything about our stay was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. The manager was very helpful and booked us a table at the restaurant in the village.

Room clean and comfortable but not particularly roomy and slightly awkward to get around. There were two of us. Started to lose hot water at the end of the second shower.

Our stay was superb from the welcome and service from the staff to the beautiful decoration and furnishings in the building. The food service is a great concept and just what we needed after a long journey along with a very good bottle of Fleurie wine. We hope to visit again for longer in the future. Excellent stopover if travelling on the motorway. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a great gem of a hotel surrounded by beautiful vineyards. The hosts were most welcoming and waited for us to arrive late in the evening at 10pm. Our rooms were all comfortable and clean. Shower facilities were good. Breakfast was extra and continental style buffet but great value for money. Nice dining area and very relaxed atmosphere. If you want a lovely quaint quiet place to stay, then this comes highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated older style hotel, with a lovely garden and great hosts. Dining room looks nice and the dining room looked nice and the entrance was inviting.

UKI would have liked a kettle. The manager was not there when we arrived and the hotel was liked, probably some miscommunication on my part not updating the arrivall time. Bnb

The location is great, so quiet and only a few minutes walk into the town. A great base to visit local wineries. The staff were very friendly, the rooms are good as is the breakfast.

Excellent location for our needs. Had twin beds which was great. Very quiet, except for the rutting toads in the night!! Not disturbing though.

A few power cuts happened at night, but there was no explanation or communication about it.

A good setting in a lovely part of the world. Excellent soundproofing, a good room with a bath.

No drink-making facilities

The Reception was friendly ad efficient. Our room was fine, and had a beautiful view over neighbouring vineyards and countryside. It was an extremely tranquil setting, with only birdnoise and running water into the koi pond, which was beautiful.

It was as god as we could have hoped. No drawbacks.
