Great location with parking if you're doing the Route Napoleon as we were although there is no secure parking but the hotel is in a quiet residential area. The staff allowed us to park the bike right next to reception. A 20-35 min stroll in Gap centre with it's restaurants and bars. Couple of restaurant closer if you don't want the walk. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable breakfast was good and included in our rate.

No Air Conditioning room was warm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, and there was a pretty courtyard where guests could eat breakfast or have a drink later in the day.

Private parking is available at the hotel, but I do not understand how a traveler with a car can go to the hotel first since the parking garage is located on another street, with the hotel itself being inside the walled city of Avignon. In other words, it is impossible to linger at the hotel with a car even to obtain directions to the parking garage. That is my only complaint; otherwise, the hotel was very good.

The Room I was in No 42 was a bit tired looking! The wallpaper was coming off the wall and needed attention. Although there was tea and coffee provided, There was no milk? So I didn't bother to make any drinks. I think a nice touch would be to provide a couple of bottles of water

Breakfast was good, plentiful and range of items available.

Bar facilities were limited due to employees not being sufficiently trained. The individuals on duty were p9lite and helpful but lacking in knowledge regarding the availability and expertise in pouring drinks. This observation I’d due to the fact that before retirement I was a lecturer in the Hospitality industry.

Excellent value for money. Staff were really friendly. Hotel has a nice outside terrace area for drinks and breakfast. The hotel owners have their own restaurant about 5 minutes away which looked really nice, but we really enjoyed the Pizza Restaurant just down the road. If staying in Gap again I would definitely stay here :-)

The hotel room was a good size, the bed comfortable and generally the room and bathroom clean. The breakfast was a real surprise and was very good, a very good selection and one of the best on my 4 weeks of travel.

The hotel is a budget hotel, dated (reflected in the price) and out of town. But, it could have been better cleaned, such as the carpets in the lobby and details in the room such as plug sockets and skirting boards. Overall though, I was happy with my stay

The receptionist was so friendly and understanding and flexible, it made a huge difference to feeling welcomed and personally hosted after a long day driving. I found my room so cosy and attractive, I didn't want to leave particularly. It's also opposite a garage and beside the main route into town, but you don't hear the traffic. The breakfast facility looked fantastic but I happily slept in. Check-out at 12.

Really nothing, they were so flexible and ready to make me feel at ease. I went backwards and forwards with quite a lot of luggage as I wanted to re-organise after a long trip, they just laughed and showed interest and friendliness.

The hotel manager went out of her way to accommodate us, even suggesting that we park our motorbikes right outside the entrance so that they would be safe. Also her dinner recommendation was superb.

Great little place - just like it used to be in the past. Location is great, just minutes off the city center yet quite enough. The garden is awesome for an afternoon drink or morning breakfast or meditation session The staff is super helpful and a very nice restaurant is within a short walking distance
