This hotel is a dream and anyone traveling in this area should stay here! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! The grounds, spa, pool, dining experience, food, staff, room, and surrounding area is charming and absolutely perfect! I do think this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in and it was a dream for me. I truly appreciate all the staff and lovely stay here. Thank you! Also, Luca who is a waiter/server here at this hotel is exceptional. He stood out to me at dinner because he works so hard and was so kind. Thank you!

the setting is beautiful and well located.

the internet/wifi was weak and very disappointing. a hotel of this level should have superior internet quality. also, the fitness center was extremely disappointing. they should not call themselves a hotel/spa with truly bad fitness facilities and space.

Grounds were simple & beautiful. Location to getting around to local towns was great. Breakfast buffet was yummy! Poolside lunch was wonderful.

Lack of daily variation on buffet. Service for drinks around pool was almost non-existent while we ere there. We were at the pool all 5 days and only one day did someone come around for a drink order.

Location is superb and the staff were friendly enough. Gardens are very nice and the pool layout is great. We took the last room available and it was one of the smaller rooms they had but was still quite spacious with a very nice terrace/balcony with a lovely view and the bathroom was great. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. We've been going to the Bories on and off since 1995 and although our previous visit was quite sometime ago it continues remains a great location.

We were quite disappointed with some aspects of our meal in the gastronomic restaurant. The starter was quite lacking in taste and just seemed to fade to nothing in the mouth. The main meals, cheeses and desert were excellent though and went quite some way to making up for this but we expected more. The sommelier helped us choose a very nice wine from the Luberon but seemed a bit disinterested about explaining it in detail.

The place , facilities and location are wonderful

Ssrvice in general excellent , but Some of the hotel personal need to smile a little bit more . In other words some of the personal dont seem to enjoy there job of serving tourists that much … 5 star Breakfast should offer at least fresh orange juice and freshly made vegetable omelet , we werent offered nor saw any in the buffet or menu

The hotel, staff and the room is beautiful. The yummy complimentary afternoon tea is gorgeous with amazing view.

The indoor pool is quite deep and not very clean around the edges. Breakfast and dinner is average but we haven’t had good breakfast in France It’s about an half an hour walk to the town centre so we drove everyday

We loved having a chilled lunch by the pool. And we loved the sun loungers with comfy matresses

My room was not in the main hotel and was small and a bit tired. My recommendation is to stay in the main hotel, which is beautiful

The location and facilities (pool and gym), ambiance / tranquility, rooms. The food selection at breakfast was perfect.

Drinks in the rooms - I think you should supply complimentary bottled water and more plentiful / better selection of teas and coffees. Lack of ability to lock the back door when you exit from it.

Amazing location, friendly staff and very clean.

Breakfast options were very basic for a 5* hotel. They also closed the outside seating area so we had to eat breakfast inside despite it being warm and sunny outside. The outside pool wasn’t heated so couldn’t be used.

The hotel was a real treat. Fantastic setting and the grounds and swimming pool were excellent. The staff were welcoming and attentive and the food - both breakfast and dinner were lovely.

We find the practise of charging separately for breakfast in a rural location rather irritating
