We enjoyed our stay very much.. We received a lovely welcome at the reception on arrival.. The proximity of the hotel to local shops and some bars was handy. It is a 40 + minute bus from/to Bordeaux, but we tend to choose out of town locations for a less tourist feel, and bus stops are outside the hotel so it is relatively easy getting into Bordeaux - just check 31 bus times and plan ahead. Download the TBM app for the purchase of bus tickets. The hotel itself is quirky with nice comfy beds and air con. Rooms are overdue a refurb but were cleaned and refreshed daily.

The low pressure shower

We really like this place. The staff were friendly (and had even waited for us arriving late!), and the location is very pleasant. It's a bit far from Bordeaux but the connection is good, and the neighborhood is charming. We were lucky to get free parking directly at the hotel.

The toilet is a bit far away from the bathroom (you need to pass the bed to get from the toilet to the basin). In general, the rooms look a bit old-fashioned. An elevator would be nice.

Upon arrival, we didn’t have the AC room that we requested online however, but they were quick to move us to the proper room. The hospitality was very good at the front desk and also the housekeeping. Our room was small, but all that we needed.  The shower pressure good and hot but water sprayed everywhere without a door. Excellent Wi-Fi and hotel location, with nice restaurants, bus stop to central Bordeaux, and supermarket within walking distance. Free parking a plus.

Located in a charming square in Gradignan, near to a market, a boulangerie, coffee shop, pizzeria, a drugstore and a Japanese restaurant. Easy access to the highway. Very nice if you’re traveling by car with your family. We would be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the location in a great town. The bed was comfy, and the room had AC, but everything with the property was tired. I guess this is reflected in the price. Hopefully, they will make some renovations as it really is a lovely town and could be a great hotel. We ate at the Korean street kitchen, and the food was so good.

The position Is very good with shops and restaurants next door.The hotel building and rooms are very pretty and cute. Staff very friendly and helpful

A boiler in the room will be a plus

Excellent stop over, the staff were exceptionally helpful. Restaurant evening meal was superb and breakfast equally so. Parking good. But above all our little Cavalier was made very welcome. Rebooked for our return journey.

Location town centre just off the motorway. Characterful. Staff were excellent. We got there late and the entire restaurant staff stayed to cater just for us. Wow!

Rooms are a bit tired but perfectly clean

Perfect central location for a one night stopover with our dog , with parking and a great restaurant for our journey home to the UK. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Could do with a refurbishment, but perfectly satisfactory for an overnight stopover.
