Fabulous - this is a beautiful hotel in a lovely hilltop location that goes above and beyond. Our room was delightful with thoughtful extra touches - Chromecast etc and a glorious shower in a very equipped bathroom. The bed was super comfy with soft pillows. All the public rooms were beautifully decorated and there was a very relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere to the place. Food at dinner and breakfast excellent - I cant fault anything.

They could do with a slightly larger bar area - otherwise everything perfect.

Very large rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful collection of buildings in a small town that join to form a sort of estate. From the moment you arrive with your car and the team greet you to valet your car, to the extremely energetic front desk attendant, you really feel like you have arrived somewhere special. The guided walk to your room only reconfirms that feeling. Concierge planned our two days of what to see and do, he was definitely an asset to the venue and made our experience most memorable. A great location to unwind and remove yourself from busy towns.

We missed out by not much the opportunity to experience the finer restaurant, it only opens during the summer season. Their main restaurant was open and delivered a nice experience.

The breakfast was beautifully presented with a perfect amount of variety. The fruit platter was always tempting with incredible preserves and the bread certainly lived up to French reputation. I didn’t partake in cooked breakfast but it looked very good. The coffee was of course equally as good as one would expect in France. This was all topped off with good service and breathtaking views!

Was a little disappointed with the service in the bar and restaurant. Some of the staff were quite dismissive and I had to go looking for staff twice to be served some food/ drinks.

We've stayed at Crillon several times over the past 20 years. It's a stunning location and beautifully designed historic property. There is a new owner and manager who was lovely and passionate about the hotel and creating a perfect guest experience. She has her hands full with the usual post-Covid issues around staffing (a hiccup in the restaurant) but overall we love the hotel and will return.

Staff in restaurant need better training (info about gluten free bread was erroneous and poorly handled response to question about the tuna starter). Food was delicious both for dinner and breakfast.

This property is truly stunning. Every detail is considered and the design is exceptional.

The only issue for us was it was a bit too far removed from other things like small towns etc. Taxis took up to an hour to come if you didn't have a car and wanted to explore.

From the moment we pulled up the staff greeted us with enthusiasm. The grounds are impeccable, the rooms were comfortable and designed in fitting with the Provence style. We cannot say enough about the staff as the hospitality was the best we have ever experienced. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so magical!

We really enjoyed the beautiful place itself - but honestly the people make the difference. We had the nice suite 16 under the roof - big living space, nice bedroom and bath. The staff was always so welcoming and supportive wirh any requests we had and we just felt purely welcome. ( this applies also to our dog)
