Excellent location, nice and friendly staff, beautiful mountains panorama from our room..

Restaurant was closed on Monday, which caused us to be hungry and sad (no good restaurants in this village! Only burgers..). Restaurant menu is not changing from day to day, so you will have very few choice of meals during your stay, which is not good for a week vacation for example. We took half-board option but it is very limited. So main our complain is your restaurant, all the rest is ***** (5 stars) but for the mentioned above reasons I take one star off * - for five stars hotel it is not acceptable to leave your guests without meal even if you have few guests in staying your hotel!!! It’s like - you only person who paid us but we leave you without dinner - that’s bad business

So very comfy bed and pillows, so clean. Tea/ coffee large bottles of water in room and Nice toiletries - all incredibly personal and friendly. Lovely dinner in the restaurant and great breakfast. The personal approach is sadly unusual in most hotels, but not this one! Delightful management. Fabulous views and safe parking. Excellent stay.

Would love a face cloth - just my personal tick in the box thing - but lovely towels and slippers were there.

Location , character , spa , food , staff , views ! Ease of skiing in & out , perfect simply perfect ! A big shout out to the staff !

This was a very comfortable stay in a very grand hotel. My room was snug but comfortable, with views of the mountain. The in house restaurant was very good, for breakfast and dinner. The staff were helpful and friendly. They also had a locked area for parking your bicycle. 👍 It was also the hotel highest up the slopes, that I could tell, so a few more meters of walking/biking to get there!

It could only be better if they installed airconditioning. Which none of the hotels seem to have, so they are not the only ones.

Great location. Easy access to slopes. Nice spa area for relaxing.

Menu could do with being more varied. Breakfast nice but no cooked choice for vegans.

An amazing place. Service was excellent. Rooms were lovely with a view across the valley. A shame the restaurant was so busy. We never managed to book for dinner!!

Children can go to the spa without any adult. The spa can become very noisy. The hotel should definitely have a set time for adults only or at least not allow children without supervision.

The staff was very helpful.The receptionist who welcomed us was really special and really kind. We immediately felt like at home.

The best hotel I have stayed in alpe d'huez. Best location, next to most of the main lifts and ski in ski out. The service is excellent and focus on every detail to the perfection. Free spa access, including jacuzzi, pool and sauna. Night turn down service makes you feel relaxed.
