Friendly and polite reception people, after few days recognized me and my needs ( coffee, breakfast). Best part : pet friendly and everyone was nice to me and my dog. Breakfast served very fancy ( for a small hotel) I like how cosy overall hotel
Breakfast no vegan food. Fresh juicing machine sucks. But I'm use to poor hotel's breakfast, so it's fine. Bed too high and too soft for asian ( but also minor thing). Water pressure in shower : I hate it. Takes forever to wash hair and product from hair, and water so weak, I'm being cold while taking shower. Terrible

Staff was OK, didn't try the breakfast. Rooms were extremely hot but tidy and clean, city center is not far away and you are fairly connected to public transport. Quick tip: if you need to book a taxi with baby car seat from the airport to this hotel, you can download the app G7 and select the G7 family option and add the type of car seat needed.
It may be confused but be aware, THERE IS NOT AC only a fan that is not what would you expect. Depending on the season that you are staying here, it could be a deterrent. It was hard for us cos we had a 5 months old with us.

We were looking for a location in this area to visit Alstom nearby. It is a nice newly built area where there are families with kids and the atmosphere is relaxing and cosy. The place was easy to find and accessibleNothing special and the room not so big for the price we have paid, but in line with other structures in the vicinity. Paris is expensive!
Personnel was not friendly nor informative, just average and most of the time distracted and not attentive. Cleaning of the room or changing the towels was not foreseen even if we were staying for five days, and the lighting in the room was not working well. There is a small kitchenette with average equipment and appliances work pretty well, but the room was definitely small vs. expectations we had at time of reservation. In the front of the building there is an industrial site that generates noise at any time during the day, and at night it is a little disturbing. Air conditioning was not working (it is not needed in September) and we don't know if it is working, but keeping the window open at night was impossible.

Apartment looks even bigger than it really is. Very nice decor with sitting area and has that posh feeling once you walk in. It has big balcony with breathtaking view. Everything you need you will fine in the apartment to feel like at home. It looks even better than in the pictures. Receptionist in the night (night shift I suppose) was so welcoming and friendly, looked professional, providing all information we needed regarding the apartment.
Breakfast is appalling. Expensive and no choice. We walked out twice without having it. I am glad that we didn't prepaid for it. Nothing there, absolutely. Noice from the factory so high in the night, it woke us up, so we had to keep all the windows and balcony door shut. Receptionist upon check out (male) seemed to be rude and not enjoying his job. I asked for the invoice to be emailed to me, he looked at me like I am asking for something special. I then offered to write my email address down for him and he gave me a piece of paper and threw the pen towards me. Not really nice, isn't it?

We needed a place for 3 nights over the Rugby World Cup semi-finals. This apart-hotel was perfect- a short taxi-ride to Stadium in St Dennis. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, newish, and reasonably well equipped. You won't cook a dinner for 8, but a small hob, a kettle, a fridge and a microwave will deal with plenty of things that you can buy from a nearby supermarket. There are also bars, restaurants, boulangeries etc. within easy walking distance. It's located in a part of Paris undergoing renewal in expectation of the Olympic games in 2024 and thus well away from the tourist traps, bag-snatchers and pickpockets which have made this once-proud city a place to avoid, for the most part. It's also close enough to Metro and bus routes, so if you really do want to visit the traditional attractions, you can do so and return to a lodging which is clean, comfortable and well-priced. There is a strong Middle Eastern/North African influence in the area and Da Djerba, a block away, is an excellent Tunisian restaurant.
I don't know if there is off-street parking but if you arrive by car and park on the street, leave nothing of value visible. Patches of splintered side-window glass told their own story.

Clean and value for money.Bed was comfy. Local area, quiet, nearby Boulangerie Patisserie love them, friendly , all smiles every day. Location is farther from the main attractions, nearby bus station, but the Metro a bit farther about 12 to 17min walk depending on your pace.
The customer service can still be improved they don't smile, male and young lady morning shift , not as welcoming for Asian clients. I felt it, but the male night shift, he was friendly, smiles, and greeted us when we entered. Plus, I hope they provide a friendly map from the Apartelle to different tourist spots like other hotels or apartelle so its easier to navigate Paris for new travellers, like simple guidance to direct us to the Metro station. Should be automatic to stretch some help.Even a simple drawing will suffice, simple verbal directions. I have to instigate the lead. But instead, he said Google it? He doesn't show empathy to new travellers. But what if I'm not techy or have no data? Good thing I was proactive. I have changed my sim card, a must to do when in Europe!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It appears that the district is under construction, with new buildings being built around. Additionally, there are numerous shops and restaurants to choose from near the hotel. The staff was friendly and addressed all of our questions, and they even provided us with an iron since there wasn't one in the room.
The room lacks air conditioning, which could potentially pose an issue during your stay in Paris, particularly during periods of high heat.

I liked the price for a full small studio, they provide all for your first day. I made that place mine for the 9 days I spent there. Stove, fridge, dishwasher. Is close to busses and market around the corner. Metro 14 minutes if you want to walk. The city is 30 to 40 minutes tops if you learn to use their transport system. Super friendly staff and helpful. Loved the bonbons!! I did not try their restaurant. Many around. Is a very residential in the back and industrial in the front. For me it was perfect. It allow me to stay longer in Paris without paying the high prices of downtown. They also have other locations that I would definitely will try if possible.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood but only 10 min walk to two metro stations. 5 min walk to supermarkets, bakery and restaurants. The reception is 24/7 staffed and all the staff I met were friendly and helpful.
The shampoo could be replaced with another brand that doesnt make the hair too dry... :p

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room is big enough for comfort and aside from a faint smell it was visibly clean.
The room smelt of strong cooking odours and this didn't dissipate despite leaving the window open the whole stay. There is also no AC in this accommodation and on floor 10 it very exceptionally hot. Too hot to find comfort to sleep.
