Location to Disneyland and train station was fantastic! Less than 5 minute walk to train station for the RER A line, never waited longer than 10 minutes for a train and was at Disneyland within 10 minutes as it’s only 3 stops away!

Only get one pillow in room but can request extras from reception but we got in so late just wanted to get to sleep.

Clean and comfortable. Very basic but perfect for what we needed. Polite and helpful lady at reception. Locked car parking a bonus!

The breakfast was croissant or bacon and scrambled egg. Wasn't much else. Seemed to be one person trying to do all the breakfast each morning so they were rushing about like mad stocking cutlery up and changing juice bottles and washing up and laying out croissants and clearing tables. They were trying very hard so I'm not criticising them. But it did mean there were loads of dirty tables or a wait for cutlery. No drinks or bottled water in room. Not a problem except we didn't prepare for that. So our fault. But also it's pretty standard to have water etc in the room.

The location is perfect, next to the train station and it's convinient for going to Disney and after a long day there, coming back is just 10 minutes. The room was clean. The staff were really nice. The breakfast is the same each day, but if you are staying a couple of days it won't be a problem. The food was tasty and fresh. The last day we had breakfast at almost closing time and there was enough for all of us. There was a hairdryer in the room

There is only one shelf and 6 hangers for clothes in the closet and were are a family of four, so that was a bit of an inconvinience. The room was clean but the floor was a bit sticky. There were no slippers in the room.

It was extremely clean and all the staff were so helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfast was great with a great selection of food, with some really nice quality breads to choose from. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, yoghurts, juices, croissants, breads, crackers and fruit. The croissants were the best croissants I have ever had. I was impressed by the breakfast staff who was always making sure everything was topped up and quick to clean the table for me, as we arrived later during breakfast. They clean the rooms every day and change the towels. I didn't want mine changing as I had arrived late in the night with a small child after Disneyland and we had a lot of suitcases and the cleaning staff were very easy to communicate with about this. The shower was great, really warm, good power, and had a small hook so I could make it the right size for my young daughter, as well. There was a take-away machine in the reception, in order to order delivery to your room from the local area, which I thought was a really great idea. It was having a technical error however, but the receptionist late at night, helped me to navigate uber eats and explained how to direct the delivery driver to my room, as I was unfamiliar with the process in France. He was so helpful and really tried hard to help me get some dinner, which was successful and really fast. It really makes a difference when the staff help you to meet your needs, which can be difficult when you are travelling. There is also a phone which you can use to order food as well from local restaurants. The next day another receptionist was very helpful in directing me to the shops and restaurants and a local playpark. The room was extremely quiet and the curtains were very good for keeping out the light during the early morning. The wifi was free and good quality. 12pm check out is really helpful, so no rushing and time to enjoy breakfast. It cost me around 24 euros in a Bolt to arrive from Disney.

Maybe an extra pillow per person would have made it better. The take out machine was not working, but I believe this was just a temporary error and uber eats was fine.

Very clean hotel . You room is a code so no door card to carry . The hotel is close to the station that has a very nice cafe to grab a coffee/drinks or savourys . No kettle is in the hotel room but there is a drinks machine in foyer which is card payment only. Good Value for money hotel just basic . We went to disney and its 3 stops away plus we bought a 2 day pass so we went into paris one of the other days . There is a spa near the hotel but we bought a few things that were out of date . I would probley not stop there again cos i would like yo maybe be a few stops nearer . Staff were very polite let us check in abit earlier which we really appreciated

One pillow is a bit bad also tv is in french and you could not change the language

Basic but functioning rooms. As it’s a budget hotel you get what you pay for. Basic double bed, bathroom and a desk. The room was clean and tidy The staff were helpful and made check in fast and smooth. We reserved a parking space so had to pay for that on arrival. It was €8 for the night. It’s just a 2 minute walk to the Torcy RER station and then 3 stops to Disneyland. So the location is excellent for that. The RER costs €3.90 one way.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room so that was disappointing. However they do have a coffee machine in reception. I’m not sure how much that cost. Only one pillow each and there were pretty flat so it wasn’t very comfortable

Rooms were clean and breakfast was sufficient to start your day and explore Paris. Beds were comfortable and water at shower was hot all day. Location was very close to RER, with direct access to Paris and Disneyland. Safe area, even though we did not stay outside late at night.

Bathroom sink was flooded if the water was running. For light sleepers, maybe the noise from the train would be a problem (even though it was not loud). For my family, this was not a problem at all.

The hotel was basic but for a short stay in a family room was perfect for visiting both Disneyland (10 mins by train) and Paris centre (40 mins by train). We only used the room for sleeping and showering and it was fine for that. There were no extra facilities in the room (e.g. kettle) but there was a vending machine in the lobby and the continental breakfast was good to start the day. The room and hotel was clean and a very short walk form the station. A cinema complex across the road included a number of restaurants; pizza, burger, burger, taco so evening meals were easily sorted. Would definitely recommend to friends doing a similar trip.

Churlish to pick on something we didn't like, after all, it was a budget option and great value. The only comment would be that the storage available in the room was very limited so we couldn't unpack the bags but that was hardly a problem.

Great location, lovely staff. Asked for more pillows, they supplied brand new ones straight away. The trains can be a little noisy but that's no fault of the hotel. I was happy to have the noise as it meant we were super close to get the train. There's a lovely area full of places to eat about 2 minutes away and a huge shopping centre with a massive supermarket about a ten minute walk away which was great for us to stock up with treats to take to Disney which was only a five minute train ride. We didn't have the breakfast as we got our own from the supermarket but it smelt lovely 🙂

convenient location, clean, delicious breakfast, train station nearby

small room, no parking places, no vegetables for breakfast, no hand towels, hair dryer is only available in exchange for a passport, rats running around the hotel. The reason i chose this hotel is the availability of parking. When i arrived, it turned out that there were no parking spaces. I had to spend time and nerves to find a place for the car. But not far from the station there was a large free parking.
