Fabulous place, perfect for a stopover, very near the motorway (yet v quiet), a pretty town to wander about, superb reception (the girl running the place was amazing, she welcomed everyone delightfully, answered any question, poured drinks from the bar, served food, all with a lovely, calm, friendly attitude) lovely garden and pool to rest in with a spacious room and french windows looking over the pool. Even great car parking, plenty of it and relatively secure.

Difficult to say anything could be better although the food was a little basic.

The location, room size, and staff were exceptional. Our children loved the pool. It was clean, a good size and fenced off from the grassed area. Large, shaded parking behind the hotel, away from the road. Separate bar adjacent to the reception area offering happy hour early evening. Great location to walk into the town, 5 mins walk to the top of the town centre. Easy access from the motorway. Great overnight/short stay option. Lots of bar/restaurant options in the town. Good large wardrobe in our family room. Fridge was empty which allowed us to keep our snacks and drinks chilled.

Bath towels were quite small.

Such a good hotel. Free parking on the street outside. Good location close to central Issoire. The room was big and cosy. Kettle with tea and coffee. Little fridge. Excellent bed. Probably the best shower I've ever had. And the breakfast is unbeatable. I used the pool too - it was reasonably warm at 8am!

The light from the fridge is a bit annoying - I like total darkness when I sleep! I covered it with clothes!

Arrived a little late and the hotel had tried to call us to confirm what time we were due to arrive, The staff were all very helpful. The outdoor spaces and sitting areas were very pleasant and although we only used the hotel for an overnight stop off on our way to Spain, it was an excellent and relaxing experience. We stayed for breakfast which was also very good and excellent value.

Modern hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Room comfortable & quiet. A short walk to the town centre with a good selection of bars/cafes/restaurants. Good breakfast.

Aircon in our room not working. No covered/garage parking for motorcycles (large open car park).

The room was very clean, and the beds were great.

The air conditioning was on heating, and there isn't an option to change that. The room was very hot. We woke up a few times during the night because of the heat (and we slept with the window open)

Big room with a large comfortable bed. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Great location near to restaurants and bars in the centre of Issoire. Also just off of the motorway so great for a stop over.

Spacious room, large comfortable bed, secure parking. The air con & blackout curtains essential in the warm weather . Very good buffet breakfast. Our room was in the annexe at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet away from the road & convenient for the car park

not separate shower and bath very difficult as so high. no facilities for eating ( except for breakfast which was not required by us) whole place was tired and needed considerable revamp.

Location was excellent. We stayed in the annexe, very quiet 🤫 and peaceful. Very good position for strolling into town. Lovely breakfast with very pleasant staff.
