Location to village was excellent, ski in ski out! fantastic! hotel and staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel could do with a little touch up in places, steam room and jacuzzi were great but again need a little attention, as with the rooms. Food was first class, we had the half board and could not fault any meal we had. Overall great value for the three stars :) bit of investment could see this hotel reaching 4/5 starts.

Loved this hotel! Staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing including organising our taxis, and even offering to drive us back to the hotel if the taxi was not possible. Room was a good size with an amazing balcony and view of the mountains. Ski storage was great and you could ski straight from the hotel which saved a lot of time. The decor was really cute and had the winter wonderland vibe we were wanting. The hamam was amazing and so good that you can book to use it privately- just what we needed after a long day of skiing. Breakfast was great and had everything we needed

Bathroom was a bit unclean around the edges

Lovely comfortable room looking onto the nursery slope, great breakfast with loads of choice. The hotel is ski in and ski out with the ski lockers being adjacent the run. There’s a cosy, relaxing lounge with a log fire and fabulous views of the mountain. The restaurant served delicious local, traditional meals and had a good choice of wines. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and looked after us very well.

Had to change rooms to have a room with a balcony for whole stay, although a balcony was confirmed at time of booking so we was a little disappointed although room change went smoothly.

Great location on the edge of the slopes. Lovely staff and had everything we needed.

Double room with a balcony was quite compact with a small double bed. Bedrooms sometimes a little cold at night. No direct access to the boot room - needed to go outside and around the hotel.

excellent location. almost on the ski slopes and very near the centre of the village. Very helpful staff, able to make little adjustments around us always friendly and ready to help. perfect for us.

One creaky bed in a room adjacent to us.

fabulous location, gorgeous communal areas and lovely room location with balcony patio area with own access, perfect for storing and accessing our mountain bikes. Breakfast was lovely but expensive.

Room (10) was a little dated and wasn’t at the standard of the communal areas such as bar / restaurant and reception area.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us with two upgrades. Thank you
