Staff were excellent could not do enough for you, in every area of the hotel and at all times. Rooms and entire hotel was spotless and very welcoming. The Spa was spotless, with an excellent environment and water quality, very well presented and extremely popular by all residents. It was the highlight of our stay having not used before during previous visits to Val Cenis (approaching 80 weeks!) we used everyday. Coffee machine and continental breakfast offer was excellent and topped up right to the end of service and we attended at all times throughout.

Room advertised on Booking.com was not the one issued BUT the hotel sorted however it did cause unnecessary distress and a change of room. Free Parking advertised was taken up by shop and skischool very few for residents so had to pay €15 per day which was not expected but needed which did add up for 14 days !!! A fabulous cold continental breakfast selection provided but the hot offer was poor mostly cold if there at all which was a shame.

- good location close to ski slopes - cool new and cosy room - good pool and spa - opportunity to choose restaurants outside the hotel (5 min walk)

The greatest disappointment was check out! The employee charged me twice (mentioned that the card did not authorized on the first transaction). I proved to him that transaction have been done twice! It is not a big deal, however he did not offer the solution. The answer was - ‚it is your problem‘. Now I need to communicate with my bank and manage this situation! Unfortunately, it was disrespectfully!

Staff and restaurant. Good location in the village, same building as a ski shop and a few meters from ski lifts. Maybe the next village up the valley is more centrally located in regard to the ski domain, but overall it’s very good.

No supervision at the pool. Two British families couldn’t behave themselves and the wellness pool became a play area with much splash and jumping instead of a quiet place where we could relax. They didn’t even use the foot bath. We never saw a hotel staff checking on the quietness of the facilities… once we asked they say they couldn’t afford the extra people for that function…

The hotel is next to the ski lifts, ski school and ski hire equipment. The tourist office is close by where ski passes can be purchased or alternatively can be purchased via Val Cenis app. The room size was perfect with nice views overlooking the mountains. Breakfast provided was amazing with a great variety to choose from. The pool and jacuzzi are a bonus.

There is a SPA at the hotel but for an additional fee. It was not clear when booking that not included in the price but might have overlooked the terms and conditions when booking.

Very nice bar, with terrace. Good facilities (ski hire shop and C2 Bar) below the hotel. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and only ever slightly busy at peak times. Exceptional location adjacent to multiple lifts. Ski In/Ski Out for all abilities in all but the worst conditions. Easy to find, and found ample road-side parking.

Daily charge to use the spa facilites (sauna, steam room, plunge pools) seemed unnecessarily expensive for hotel guests already paying a substantial amount to be here. Wasn't clear this was a chargeable extra when booking.

Amazing value for money and would definitely come back again. The staff was super helpful and could speak multiple languages. Even those who weren't fluent in English were very helpful and made me feel like my touristy French was top notch 😅 The location is excellent! 1 min walk from ski lifts, ski rental store at the ground floor, close to a shop. And the hotel also offers free locker indoors to keep your ski gear and make sure it's dry for you the next day. The in-house Spa was perfect to unwind and relax sore muscles after a day of skiing with sauna/steam room or even a massage at great value for money. And if you don't feel like paying extra there is a heated indoor pool and hot tub you can access for free as a guest. The suite was very comfortable, clean and quite well stocked with appliances in you wanted to cook a meal. And the heavy blackout blinds allowed me to have a very deep sleep undisturbed by the sunrise or outdoor lights.

VERY minor thing The restaurant was pretty limited in terms of options for dinner, offering a fixed menu with 2 variations (also suitable for vegetarians). But they were tasty and filling. And reservation should be made in advance at least a few hours ahead. Don't just drop in as they may not be able to serve you. I believe this was a temporary situation due to the restaurant itself being technically closed and the meals being catered from an off-site caterer. Possibly due to it being almost the end of the season. This was in no way a deal-breaker. But in case having very varied meals every day in the hotel is a major thing for you, it's worth noting so you can manage your expectations and plan accordingly.

I liked the food and facilities. Pool is nice, and you can have it to yourself sometimes (and it's free). Sauna is paid though. Restaurant service and overall staff were very friendly and professional. Very convenient access to sky lifts and killer view from the balcony.

Far away from most popular apres ski locations, the town itself is somewhat lackluster. Parking is not included. Not that suited for solo travel.

At the edge of town so.off the beaten track and very quiet. Its not an auberge as it caters for skiers in winter, but in summer it was very quiet and comfy for us. The spa hammam jaccuzzi and swimming pool are new like the rest of this hotel. A great stop on our way across the Alps at Mt Cenis on the way to Turin. The food was excellent quality although too salty for us (Czech influence?). Breakfast was copious and tasty coffee. Given the facilities this is a good place to stay

Garage parking price is steep at €18/night same as downtown Turin !!! Food too salty

Nice and clean, very friendly staff. Since it was almost one day before the closure of the then of the season, we were offered free access to the Sona and Jacuzzi (which we did not use due short time).

Glass door of the bathroom. The choices for breakfast was limited.

It was modern and the bedrooms were very nice. The spa and pool were very good although we couldn’t use them. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location. Although near a ski lift was not in Val Cenis centre and the area did not have a ski resort feel. Some of the staff were less than helpful and not very friendly
