Reception staff knew who we were and what we needed when we walked in the front door. That was the first of very friendly and helpful staff, from reception to bar to restaurant to the shuttle driver. Excellent location and fast shuttle to the airport. While the room was small, it was clean - ditto the bathroom - very comfortable bed. Good dinner in the restaurant, and a good buffet breakfast. All in all, exactly what we needed. Pool area looked nice, but too cold to try. We told the staff that they wll see us again next year.

The premise shows it age somewhat - but it is going a bit far to say that we 'did not like' - we weren't there for a luxury experience.

Things that keep bringing us back to the Hotel Mejean are the free shuttle to the airport, the restaurant right on the main floor, that serves a very nice dinner, and especially the delightful staff who greet us like long lost friends.

Everything was ideal. Hotel is not in high standard but was safe. And this is most important for me

Really friendly staff (probably the manager?) who kept the bar open for us when we arrived late due to cancellation on our train journey.

The room reflects the value of the booking. There was a loud noise from one of the other residents in the night that woke us up (but we appreciate that this is not the hotel's problem).

The staff were wonderful. I stayed to recoup after 30 hours of travel. The meal was huge and tasty and the staff were delightful.

The staff and the restaurant/breakfast are awesome.

The bathroom's door was broken and couldn't be closed. Not very classy when you're not alone in the room ;-)

Bed was very comfortable but small double. That's all I liked.

Arrived and alot of people hanging out of windows chatting loudly. And burger shed in car park knocking up burgers and chips for occupants about 20 plus meals in reception, waiting to be collected. Occupants not the average people who book a hotel, were loud in the corridor at night. Room was like bad small ferry room. Without tea and coffee facilities

It was aan crappy place. It looked mor like a hostels for seasonal workers. The only good thing was the private parking.

The place was run down. It is absolutely not like the pictures shown. The room was tiny and the badroom was even smaller. The whole place was showing signs of decay and lack of maintenance. On the terraces of the other room there was trash laying around and abandoned pieces of clothing. The room was filthy and definitely not cleaned. There was even a receipt under the bed. If you miss something like that ... When we went back to the lobby with our complaint. They where not surprised. They offered us a different room but said it would be similar. We left and booked another hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!
